房間温馨。前台，保安，和服務員阿姨很熱情。出門都可以逛街，交通也方便。也要早餐券。每次回懷化來就會住這裏，很不錯的體驗。

相當滿意，重新裝修，房間明亮整潔，前台小姐姐服務很好，全程微笑。老闆娘人漂亮又客氣。店就在市中心，交通方便，吃飯購物也方便，經常到懷化出差，又發覺一家極具性價比的酒店，下次出差還會來！

衞生：真的是有待提升，地上有一團巧克力顏色的污漬，也是我們去的晚了，所以也就沒有要求換房間之類的
服務：前台的態度很差勁，禮貌用語沒有、我們有訂標間，她也不説九樓有房間，就直接説要加錢，當時一整個無語住了
環境：房間很小，無線也不好用，衞生間牆面的縫隙都發黴變黑了也沒説處理一下的，衞生條件差就很掉分，一晚上沒睡好，洗澡的時候好幾次差點摔倒，我穿的還是酒店的塑料拖鞋並不是一次性拖鞋都滑倒了，希望酒店好好完善一下吧

服務非常的好，酒店最貼心的是衞生間有晾衣服的地方，還有24小時便利店送貨，朋友正好來大姨媽了，因為有24小時便利店送貨才避免了尷尬，而且忘了雙襪子，酒店也打電話温馨提醒了。
