Good but breakfast needs to be improved

The breakfast is very nice. It is recommended. I booked it with Ctrip. It is much cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. The hotel service is also very good. The children are super happy.

The room service is timely, the room is clean, and there are alcohol wipes for disinfection next to the toilet seat, which is very convenient. The 100 yuan per person dinner box has special dishes, and the breakfast is rich, like it.

I'm not very satisfied, because the check-in is already twelve o'clock, and other Atour hotels will serve normally, but this Atour hotel is quite disappointing, there is no bathrobe, no baby slippers, when I pass by Yancheng from Shanghai, the Atour hotel there Duo made me feel very satisfied, so I also wanted to live in Atour when I came back. Because of the traffic jam, I didn't make it to Yancheng, so I stayed here, but the service was really disappointing, the TV was broken, there was no bathrobe, breakfast At around 9:30, many meals were gone. We asked the waiter to add more, and told us that it was almost 10 o’clock, and we were not ready. I was speechless, and the baby was not full. All in all, it was a bad experience, and it was incomparable with the one in Yancheng. . I didn't find it on the Atour app either, maybe it's because of these reasons that I can't go online. I am a little skeptical about the brand of Atour.

This should be the best hotel nearby, anyway, I prefer Atour wherever I go. Let me talk about two shortcomings. The paper in the room was not full and not enough. It’s about 50 minutes’ drive away from Huai’an Office and other scenic spots. It’s relatively far away. The hotel facilities are average. It’s the worst Atour I’ve ever stayed in. It’s no wonder that I didn’t find this on the Atour APP. I thought it was a fake and the room was very small. The bed is not very comfortable. The most ridiculous thing is the separation of dry and wet. There is no place to wear clothes in the bath. There is no privacy at all. I don’t know which designer came from. The hotel breakfast is messy, the environment is poor, and the variety is small. The floor is slippery and greasy. They are all big tables. Like a team meal, the table is a little bit greasy. I'm so disappointed.

This Atour feels like a fake Atour. The Atour applet cannot be used, the Atour coupons cannot be used, and the Ctrip room upgrade coupons are not used. The personalized services that can be felt in other Atours are basically not available here. When I arrived, the doorman at the door asked me to wear a mask. I said my mask was still in the room. Ask him to bring me a mask. He pointed to the shop next to it and said that it was sold. I was really speechless. The restaurant is now not allowed.
