The staff is helpful and the hotel is clean. This is where the advantages end. The price is 1.5 times higher. This is a budget hotel in its architecture. The rooms are cramped due to a lot of furniture. The bathroom is too small, it corresponds to the cheapest hotels. Far from the center of life and from the beach, but there is no transfer. We returned to the previous hotel, which is closer to the airport, but there is a free shuttle every hour to the beach and to the shopping center. This is an economy hotel, next to which there is nothing interesting, it is far from the center but the price is the same as a good hotel on the outskirts.

Comfortable and with pleasant staff. Polite and service minded, even though the English is lacking. Really nice apartments! The trash was emptied more than daily. We (3 adults) stayed there 4 weeks while distance working. Amazing to work at the computer on the outside table among the trees and greenery. The one of us who had a room facing the back was woken every day by five roosters, but otherwise it was lovely to have a view of a small farm with cows, a dog, a little boy playing around and cute little chicken. The pool is not very big, but fills it purpose in the heat. Close to some really nice restaurants and a big 7 Eleven.

No songthaew service, but within walking distance to the Tuesday market and a 15-minute walk to the night market. Swimming pool well maintained and with plenty of seating/lounging options. Fixed shower head with adjustable jet and good, constant water pressure. But very long lead time for hot water. Large rooms with a usable balcony (clean, extra seating area). Inadequate protection from traffic noise (24 hours).

Photos can be deceptive... posted pics of this property in Agoda certainly does not match what we encountered. Get there in broad daylight... its somewhere in the boonies crossing ober train tracks and sharp turns into untarred road that is not well lit if you are driving. The room... bare essentials no frills. We had to ask for a bath mat as there is no shower curtain and water leaked out. Towels we asked for a change too as it was stained. Bring yr own slippers as floor is super dusty... Lady downstairs could hardly understand or speak basic english so bring yr translator app. She was very nice though. Room smelt musty and no elevator... carry yr luggage up a flight of stairs... lucky we did not have much.. 🤣

Stayed here for two weeks during songkran. This hotel was build in 2017 so the room still very new. Everyday my room was cleaned and i received complimentary water and coffee. The owner and staff are very friendly, helpfull and coöperatieve, as they helped me extend my stay. Scooter rent was available and cheap and there are endless restaurants nearby. Laundry service is a 20 metre walk. Thanks for having me 🙏
