"My First Hostel Experience — And It Was a Blast!
Ostello Bello Palermo was my first-ever hostel stay, and honestly — it was an amazing surprise! At first, I was placed in a room with all guys, but when I asked to switch, the staff quickly and kindly arranged a change for me. Each room has 11 beds and 2 showers, and everything was super clean, which I really appreciated. The common area is lovely — warm, welcoming, and full of life. That night, there was a DJ party that lasted until 1 a.m., and sleeping was definitely not an option… but I was in the spirit of experimentation, so I just went with it and ended up dancing and having a great time. I met some amazing local musicians who were born in Palermo, and we had such a fun night hanging out and talking. It felt like a truly authentic and spontaneous experience. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly — especially one guy at the reception (I wish I remembered his name!) who was just the sweetest. Thank you for making my first hostel stay so special. I’ll never forget it 💛"

GGuest UserExzellente Lage um die Altstadt von Palermo zu erkunden. Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Etwas ungewöhnlich findest man die Zimmer nach einer Fahrt mit einem mittelalterlichen Aufzug im 1. Stock eines Wohnhauses. Unser Zimmer war tip top sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer. Ein kleiner Balkon zur Straße hin bietet Raum zum Rauchen. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Nach 300 Metern ist man mitten im Nachtleben. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.
