Good, good service

Well the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

Quaint little hotel tucked away from the town center but close enough to walk to it. Close to all other hotels and restaurants too! Rooms are nice, clean and has fantastic balcony view. Service from staff was impeccable. They were very accommodating and kind. The best of all was the breakfast. Me and my entire family have officially concluded that their breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast we’re ever had. Dont forget to check in first before booking activities. They give discounts for them!

It walks about 15 minutes from the station, but the scenery on the way is beautiful and it will not be bitter. It is surprisingly convenient in about 10 minutes from the center and the lake. The front desk was very kind and gave me a fussen pass. It is helpful because the bus is available for free and the ticket for some tourist facilities is discounted. The room is clean and cozy. There is also a spa, but German culture seems to be normal for men and women, and eventually it was not used.

We tried for a meal at another restaurant which was fully booked for two days! I asked for a recommendation and they came up with this wonderful alternative. Small, cosy atmosphere, great food. Burgers were quality, packed full of meat and my Ham Hock (Schweinaxe) was the best I had tasted throughout our stay. Excellent service, quality food and great value. Highly recommended. Thank you!

We had to stop there because we couldn't get into our location and we did not have a phone to contact them.The desk clerk was more then helpful and let us use the phone to contact.He also let us use the hotel computer to get directions sent to our email.Thr desk clerk was very friendly and accomadating,had we not got our key we would have stayed there instead.Sokudos to the great desk clerk for helping 4 strangers from Canada.

I drove over after playing in Munich. When I arrived at the store, it was already more than 10 o’clock in the evening. The work and rest hours in European towns are all early in the rest. I left a phone call at the front desk and a note to inform the check-in. Only in German, not English) There was a light snow that night, the heating in the room was quite sufficient, the hot water in the bathroom was also sufficient, and there was no problem with English communication at the front desk when checking out

We spent only one night in the hotel Waldmann during our trip. We were very-very satisfied with the service, our room and the cleanliness and would like to come back :) I would like to recommend the hotel further.
