房間清潔衛生，樓層有吸煙房不吸煙房，分開樓層，住宿環境清靜，3樓有泳池，又有健身室，附近酒樓又有四間，中午嘆茶有方便

Because of work, I stayed at the Harbor Plaza Hotel in Tin Shui Wai again. Next to it is Kingswood Ginza Shopping Mall and Tin Shui Wai Park. Right outside the door of the hotel is the light rail station and bus station, so transportation is quite convenient. The reception desk is in the hotel's underground lobby, and the check-in procedure is simple. Because there is no deposit required, it is very convenient to check in and out! The room is large enough and well-equipped. However, due to the current plastic ban regulations, the hotel no longer provides basic personal items such as bottled water, toothbrush sets, rubber combs and shower caps. If you need it, you have to go to the concierge to buy it, which is very inconvenient! Not only are these necessary daily necessities included in the hotel service! Now that I have to buy a hotel, should the hotel reduce the price to compensate for the inconvenience to customers?

The service location and transportation are very good! It’s just that the slippers are really bad! The earliest slippers fell apart as soon as they were put on! Now, once you put it on, you can’t take it off and it has a lot of plastic stuck on it.

The double bed is made up of two single beds, which is extremely uncomfortable.

There are two hotels. There is Kingswood Mall below the hotel with many restaurants. The hotel is near the Ginza Light Rail Station. The transportation is convenient. The room is clean, but the light is insufficient. There is a refrigerator and a bathtub. I will stay here again next time.
