Ocean Drive Villas

The hotel itself is pretty old but very close to the beach and some good restaurants. The room was big with full kitchen and a nice shower. Wasn’t sure about the beds though, I just wasn’t comfortable to lay down. I was able to book it last minute and needed a place for a long layover and a shower, which they were able to accommodate an early check-in. Service is pretty lax, office is small and the woman checking us in a bit detached.

Great location, 2 min walk to the beach. They had a dozen foldable beach chairs available. Bed was comfortable but wifi difficult to get. To sum up, our week here was great!

One of the couches were bound with duct tape. We were supposed to have a queen bed and sofa, no sofa. The next day they brought a roll out bed. Roach was in bathroom and it's not right on the water. The lady at the desk was nice, but no one was there after 6pm. Parking was a joke. Had to walk across busy road to get to our room.

This place was a dump. The personnel checking me in was drunk. It was a late booking due to cancelled flight and no way to get a hold of management to check-in… the voicemail box was full. I had to roam the property hoping to find an employee and he was able to reach the drunk manager via a mutual friend. A 40 minute nightmare only to be let into a total dump.

Room was clean, but not great communication with the front desk for after hours check in. Our refrigerator had a dirty metal oven rack in it as one of the shelves.

The hotel room was very disappointing. It looked rundown, and the furniture was very worn and unappealing the bed was awful to sleep on. The overall condition of the room did not meet our expectations.

Quaint and quiet little place. Not a lot of frills but perfect for a place to stay and cook quick meals while you’re out and about in the area!
