Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details.

horrible customer service. staff combative and would not even let you finish talking - defensive and cutting you off when you talk. would never go back. other guests complaining too. and they never apologize.

The only good part of my stay was being close to the beach. From the rowdy loud party at the pool until 4am! To no way to communicate with front desk except walking there. Everything in between was disturbing and a horror story. What a waste of money and time.

My room was clean nice size the view to the beach was priceless The only thing my Wi-Fi wasn't as strong as I needed it to be but besides that great place

The front desk will try everything they can to add extra fees the room they regused to give me my ck receipt confirming my deposit wld be returned and I was told never to come back when I ask for a print out of my folio. I have been in the travel hospitality business for 36 plus years it’s our job to treat customers with kindness and respect not become hostile just because a guest wants a print out confirming on time ck out and return of deposit especially after he threatened to charge me a late ck out fee when I asked to extend for another day I felt it necessary that I have valid proof I complied. As I walked away feeling very sad disappointed about how this front desk manager was treating me. A very nice couple told me they hear this several times a week the managers nasty unprofessional behavior and hostile attitude towards the guests. They told me don’t feel bad he is like that to all the guests everyone leaves upset because of the front desk manager and his attitude don’t stay at this place Avoid the narcissist that’s what your going to encounter at ck in and ck out

It was right on the beach, place was clean. Shower very spacious. Check in was easy. Did not like parking situation but overall a great stay

Price for parking was different at site, breakfast was extremely horrible and dirty conditions, not worth price never staying in any of their properties

Layout of room was very inefficient. Extremely small bedroom... had to go thru closet to get to bathroom. Our daughter in living room had to knock on the tiny/miniature bedroom to get to the bathroom. Bathroom was outdated, really needs remodeling. Very clean and no bad smell that's to air freshener plugs in the bathroom and living room. Breakfast was decent... far from room and the lady helping guests seemed annoyed... lots of people for another extremely tiny room woth food, you had to swipe your room card to get Breakfast
