Hotel La'gent Plaza Hakodate Hokuto Reviews

Room service and onsen is tiptop. Just location is a little far from the center. Probably only suitable for those using shinkasen transit. If you have JR pass, it will take 20 mins to go to center of hakodate where all the main activity are available.

Good service staff The rooms are clean and neat. The view is beautiful and we encountered snow.

Able to deposit our lugguage early before check in time. Hotel staff go on an extra mile by putting our lugguage in our room when ready so by the time we reach hotel at 10pm, our lugguage already there. Nice and clean hotel to stay. Has a gift shop and convenience shop in the hotel. Really conveniently located for those looking for a really near hotel to Shin-Hakodate train station.

Hotel is decent though it's quite far away from city central of Hakodate, about half hour drive. Hence can stay if u self drive.

Short stay on this hotel. Verryyy accessible to Shinkansen Station. They provided yukatas even to my kid which we think so cool! Hotel is recommendable for a short trip in Hakodate.

The hotel is just next to the JR station and is very convenient. They provide free public bath to hotel customers which is very good. There is also washing machine almost every floor. Will choose this place again when I visit shin Hakodate again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are fully equipped and the bathroom is small and clean. The hotel counter is on the second floor. There is a convenience store, ramen, curry rice and gift shop on the first floor. I felt that only one night was not long enough for my stay this time. I will arrange a few more days next time. It is very convenient to go to the Hakodate morning market early in the morning. You can leave your luggage at the counter. When the language is difficult, the man at the counter has a smile and is very patient in explaining.

The location is right next to Shin-Hakodate Hokuto (JR, Shinkansen), on the left after exiting the station. From here, it takes 15 minutes by limited express to Hakodate. No matter which direction you want to transfer to the east, west, north or south, it is very convenient to stop here and stay for one night and take the express train to visit the attractions in the nearby cities. The environment is good, the rooms are large, clean and smell-free, and the facilities are complete. There are restaurants, hot springs, vending machines, washing machines and disposable supplies. There is a supermarket and specialty store on the ground floor. Check-in is on the second floor. There are different male staff at the front desk during check-in and check-out. The staff are very patient and give detailed introductions. The service is very good and the work is efficient.
