In front of the hotel, next to the walking street. Very good location. The hotel has bicycles to borrow for free cycling too ^^ Staff can communicate in good English. but very willing and willing to serve Especially the male staff wearing glasses ^^ The room is a bit vintage and wooden style. Out of the way to the north of our house. The accommodation is a family room with two floors. There is also a Jacuzzi tub. Soaking in water is very comfortable But secretly a little old and there is no bathroom door, hahaha ^^ The facilities in the room are okay. Toiletries, shoes and bathrobes are also provided. Overall, it's okay ^^

The old town is worth walking to.
The night market is also close by.
However, the facilities and cleanliness were a bit poor.

To be honest, the hotel service is not very good. Our two girls dragged two large boxes to the door and no one helped us in. No one in the hotel came to help. The threshold is relatively high. We ourselves one by one. I brought it in, and the room opened to us was also very small, and on the first floor, people walked up and down, and the swimming pool slapped the big place. I couldn’t do anything at all. Anyway, everything was average.

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con.
The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town.
Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is a great hotel located just few steps away from the ancient town in Hoi An. We stayed there for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Ms Sarah at the front desk was always ready to offer help and guidance. The hotel offers free bicycles to the guests which is really cool to move around the town. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. Ms Apple at the restaurant really served us well. I totally recommend choosing Mulberry Collection Silk Eco for your stay in Hoi An! You are going to love it!

Very cost-effective hotel! Just across the street from Hoi An Old Town, the room has a large balcony. You can see the bustling crowd downstairs. It is very convenient to go around. The service at the front desk of the hotel is also very intimate. It is responsive. Every day, it is a smiley face. It also recommends many local restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable, the room is very clean, the facilities are quite complete, the bathroom is large, there is a bathtub and a separate shower head, the sound insulation is also very good, although the downstairs is very lively, but there is no big noise behind the window and balcony door. I hope I can come back here if I have a chance!

Great hotel right next to the night Market. Good sized room well appointed at an affordable price. Spoke to the staff about ther coffee not being up to standard and the jumped at the chance to improve and asked if we where happy the next morning with the coffee, it was mutch improved, and they could not apologise enough for the inconvenience. The staff where amazing. And the pool was cold and crystal clear.

It was very beautiful and comfortable. The location was great and it was great to see the city of Hoi An from the balcony! There was a little sound, but it was quite quiet and I didn't care at all. It was only a difficulty that the bed comforter was not allowed with a thin cloth like a sheet and the drain of the shower room was clogged, but there was the minimum necessary facilities, and it was clean and sufficient anyway. It can be recommended for women. There is no elevator, but there was a cargo elevator and it was fun.
Then, the facilities 々 were all very kind and really good! I want to see you again!
I want to use it when I come to Hoi An again!

After seeing so many good reviews about this hotel, I chose it this time when I came to Hoi An. I stayed in a room with a balcony on the 4th floor.
The staff service is good, especially Ruby at the front desk, who speaks good English. The location is next to the river, and it is convenient to walk to the ancient city. As for the rest, it can be said to be the worst hotel among the many hotels I have stayed in, based on the photos and reviews I saw online. It's far different. The hotel is dilapidated. It's not an exaggeration to describe the swimming pool in front of the hotel as a fish pond. There is no elevator here. Although there are staff to help with luggage, they are all women. How can I stand by and watch? The sound insulation of the room is poor and there is no room. It was clean, but the water pressure was very slow and weak, and the TV didn't work. When I was looking at my phone in bed, the lampshade next to me suddenly fell down. I was shocked, and the corner of my wife's phone on the bedside also broke. I reported it to the front desk. The staff apologized hurriedly, but I didn't care. It was not her fault anyway and there was no big loss. I was glad that I only stayed for one night, but I was wondering why it was so different from what the reviews said!

I don't know where to start! The staff is super friendly and really there for you. All you have to do is look askance and they will help you immediately. Music Chuong and Son certainly helped us fantastically! In addition, the bed was really wonderful, the food was great and we could get a bicycle for free and explore the city. Even if we wanted a scooter, they made sure it was delivered for us, so we didn't have to worry about this. All in all the best hotel in Asia so far! A big 10 and definitely recommended. Ps. The price is also super attractive & from this hotel you can also use a resort with a swimming pool on the beach for free to relax there
