Very nice secluded place for a romantic stay or even for families who love to stay private. The private pool is good enough and the villas are quite big. The staff is very friendly and helpful and really help to make your stay memorable.

It was a little hard to find the entrance, but you have to go in from the main road about 50 meters away. The quiet and exotic environment was nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay, and the pool was also kept clean, which was nice. I recommend the Breeze Restaurant nearby~

It was good It's a bit far from downtown, but it's quiet. Swimming was also good I liked it because it was spacious. It was nice that the toilet was well separated from the sink.

I liked the rags.

I stayed in room 103... I think this is fine. It would be nice to have electric mosquito repellent, and it would be nice to have a phone from the hotel room to contact the front desk.

An amazing villa on the outskirts of Hoi An. Each of the one and two bedroom villas have a private pool and I was fortunate to be upgraded to a two bedroom with an enormous pool! The villas are spacious, modern and well appointed - perfect for holiday living. There are also some great restaurants close by, particularly Tok which is world class! The villas are about a 60,000 Dong ride away from Old Town - worth the relative isolation for what is a truly memorable stay.

I stayed here for three days with my girlfriend and her cousin. It was clean and they had an excellent tour guide service. Free breakfast was amazing. Snack bar in house (pay when you leave). Everyone was very kind and we did all we wanted to. Thanks to them, we were able to go to Ba Na Hill via their concierge service and they even held our luggage for us on our last day since our plane was at 10pm. We all loved it and will consider coming back, for sure. Be wary though, there are so many lizards! They're cute, but if you don't like them, beware. Bugs are huge, too, but that's Vietnam.

We stayed for a week in June 2023, and it was so good, we came back in May 2024. This is a very special place to stay, just love the privacy of the villas, each with their own private pool. The breakfast is amazing, and it’s nice to interact with other guests and the lovely staff at breakfast time. The villas are beautiful, with high ceilings and great space. We enjoy the 2 bedroom villa for the extra space. The villa and pool are serviced every day by staff who are always smiling and so friendly. Also the bicycles are really good, and the location is great for biking or scootering to the old town or an bang beach in 10 minutes. Great restaurants within walking distance, and especially recommend Breeze where I also did a cooking class. Thank you Mr Bao for another wonderful stay at Palm View Villa.

I’ve spent the last 2 months travelling across Asia and I wish I’d made it to Hoi An sooner. I’ve stayed in a lot of nice places but Palm View Villa Hoi An was better than all of them. Other than being ridiculously beautiful the staff were some of the nicest people I met in Vietnam. I can’t describe how perfect our stay was. Waking up in a comfortable bed every morning and going swimming in a private pool equal in size to the rest of the villa. The we’d go down to the communal area for free breakfast every morning which included amazing coffee and the freshest pineapple I’ve ever eaten. Then we’d sit on the chairs by the pond and read. It’s so quiet and peaceful with lots of butterflies and the occasional little gecko. The minibar prices are cheaper than you’d find in a local bar and everyday without asking a fresh pot of delicious tea was brought to our room. It’s just far enough out of town that it stays very quiet but close enough we walked into town easily but they do have bikes available. We mostly paid for a car into town only costing about $3 AUD. I’m definitely going to be coming back here.

The Villa is surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery yet it is a short ride to Old Town Hoi An. The staff provides friendly excellent service; cleanliness, ample breakfast choices, tour bookings and recommendations and transportation. After a medical emergency, the staff, especially Bao’s knowledge, kindness and support expedited my recovery. A big Thank You!

Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas with my family. The villa was very comfortable and the private pool was cleaned every day - we had a lovely Xmas day swim! The staff go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible, arranging taxis and making recommendations - special thanks to Kim for always being available to help! We took advantage of the laundry service, in-room massage and hot drinks on request. Breakfasts were also excellent. All in all a great place to stay!

Everything here is great, the staff is extremely friendly, the swimming pool is beautiful, the rooms are clean,breakfast is nice, especially Kim, she made this place perfect.I will come back as soon as posilble!

The best pool villa I have ever stayed! Super nice and deep pool right in front of your villa! Pretty good size for a couple or even for a big family! Yummy breakfast and everyone is super nice and would go above and beyond to need your needs. Definitely coming back for sure

Fabulous staff and an amazing villa with a private pool. Will definitely stay here when we return to Hoi An. Staff arranged a relaxing and wonderful massage on the morning of our departure day. Highly recommend for a place to stay and relax. East to get a Grab car anywhere you want to go. Thanks to the staff for a great stay!
