Find the Top Villas in Hoi An Cam Pho

This is a warm and homely property in Hoi An located very strategically in the sense that it is very close to the old town and yet away from the hustle, bustle and the noise. The property is run by a family led by Vin and they do an awesome job of making sure their guests are comfortable and have a great time. The family is one of the nicest you will come across in Vietnam and they are eager to make your trip as smooth as they can. Its almost like experiencing a family homestay. We were a group of six and due to the nature of our booking we got to stay over two days in an usual double room, a family room as well as a connecting family room with a terrace. All the rooms are adequate for the purposes they have been made for and have attached toilets and free and good wi fi. Just that connecting family rooms have one toilet for two rooms. So you may like to keep that in mind if more than 2 people are staying together. However if you can afford go for the family room. Its larger and have much more space. Our rooms came with breakfast. However breakfast here is minimal (basically bread and eggs and tea or coffee). Enough to get you started and the place is littered with cafes and food outlets all within 5 mins of walking distance. So if you are looking for something more substantial you can easily walk out and get more. The property does not have lifts. So you are in the third floor (where family rooms are) you will have to walk up the stairs though its not much of a ask. The family insists on helping you with the luggage during check in and check out so that you are not inconvenienced for lack of lift. The hotel will arrange for you tours (if you want) at competitive rates. We took the coconut boat tour and the marble mountain tour which were nice. They will also guide you to authentic tailoring shops in case you want to get something stitched in 24 hours. However I feel you can let go off that as the tailoring is not cheap and you have to go multiple times for trials and delivery which will interrupt your day's schedule. They also have bicycles which you can use. Another facility is they exchange currency for you and their rates are better than what they offer in the airport or other places. For example I got 25.000 VND for one Euro whereas in the airport the bank rate was 24.000VND. They also offer laundry services at very affordable rates. Overall the passion and the warmth of the family is what makes your stay memorable. All are hands on so that you can have a good time. A much recommended place for you to stay, chill and enjoy the best of Hoi An.

TNT Villa. A Three star accommodation right in the heart of the best place. From the first day we where treated like Family. All Apartments are of set from the bustle of the street so pity quite. The room was impeccable serviced honest as they come. The breakfast although not like a five star hotel was simply fantastic you simply ask for something if you want it and they obviously work to a budget fresh fruit bread eggs etc you wont go hungry. A great pool right in the heart of the old quarter. Fantastically and realistically Priced. I could not speak high enough of our host Ann who was like family she was so helpful of all the local knowledge and simply arranged are every needs. Our room was spacious and more than adequate. it had all the things you need. highly recommended and i will return there one day. Dave and Zella

We spent Christmas at Brother Villa and had a fabulous 6-night stay in this lovely family-run property. Even before we arrived, Catherine was beyond helpful in making recommendations and arranging airport transportation. She also worked a Christmas miracle, for which we will be eternally grateful. This family- owned and operated spot is an incredible value for budget travellers, exceeding our expectations in countless ways. It had what we needed: high standards for cleanliness, comfy beds, and easy access to Ancient Town. We loved the bikes, the water pressure, and most of all, our kind and hospitable hosts. Our family of three had plenty of space, and our 11-year-old felt safe and welcomed. Highly recommend--I would love to see this business flourish!

We had a great stay (4 nights, family of 4) at the zen villa. As it is a small hotel you feel very welcome straight away. It seems it is run by a family and one is speaking good English so communication was no problem. They are diligent to help you booking trips etc.The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. The pool is rather small but with the few guests we always had it on our own. The location is very convenient. It takes about 10 min by foot to the market/ancient town and you can even borrow bikes for free. Small shops are right around the corner. We will surely stay here again if we come back to Hoi An.

We were surprised by how well the facility was kept after two years of covid. Most hotels and homestay we went to weren't. Very new and clean rooms with minibar and a lot of space. Also a decent chair and desk to work. Wifi was good. The shower has good temperature and power. There is also powerful mechanical ventilation in the bathroom, so I am sure the rooms will still be in good shape in the years to come. The pool is clean and refreshing after a day of sightseeing or going to the beach. We made use of the free bicycles, it is a short cycle to the old city and about 15 minutes to the beach. Perfect location if you ask us. The best about our experience were the owners and staff. Incredibly nice people who do everything for their guests to ensure they have a great time. The owner even picked us up from the bus, we got some nice exotic fruits and smoothies to taste and had lovely conversations with them. We extended our stay here by 3 days. Highly recommended! I usually don't make time to write long reviews like this, but since our experience was so exceptional we love to share it with you.

Stayed here for 6 nights, room was big and clean, breakfast was limited but each day cooked fresh and satisfying, the pool was great after a sweaty day out exploring....and the staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to help with anything.

The moment we arrived, Phuong greeted us at the road and welcomed us inside. She made us feel immediately at home, giving us a cold drink and offering plenty of recommendations of what to do is HoiAn. We stayed 4 nights and made great use of the pool and bikes. (The pool is the best!) It’s a short walk from the bustling city centre, which was quite nice to have the contrast. Breakfast was a favourite too, we ordered each night and could pick and choose from their local menu. The staff were all lovely, leaving towels in various shapes for us to discover each day. Phuong really made the place and our time there very special, just what you need when you’re hotel hopping across the country. Thank you Phoung!

Staying at this home on the second day of Hoi An, although it is a little bit walk from the ancient city, it takes about 10 minutes to walk, but the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The facilities are not as high as the hotel, but the feeling of home is quite comfortable. The boss's service attitude is also good, and the car that provides to Da Nang Airport is cheaper than playing GRAB. I will consider staying again next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Luna Rossa Villa in Jan 2023. Breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfortable. Our host and Bow made our stay very welcoming. The villa is in a great location. Conveniently located close to shops and the ancient town.

It takes about 15 〜 20 minutes to walk to the old town, but it was quiet at night because it was off the main street. There are vegan restaurants and cafes nearby. The lady at the reception is very kind and friendly. I thought it was hard to carry my luggage without an elevator, and the cleaner and the lady at the reception carried it. The room was large and clean. The bathtub felt old, but it also had a hot shower, and I thought it was a hotel more than the price. I would like to stay again.
