A little disappointed, the hotel arrangements are very poor. A group of five people reserved two rooms and arrived at check-in at 11 o'clock in advance. They can only check in after three o'clock. One of the rooms is on the underground G Floor. It is a room for the disabled. The bathroom equipment in the room is for the disabled. The wash basin and mirror are very low. You have to lean down every time you use them. I asked the hotel to try to change the room. They refused to switch because the appointment was full. The reservation was made three months ago and I reported to the hotel at 11 o'clock. I really don't understand why this arrangement was made, sad!
