The room was larger, nicer, and cheaper than the 4 star places I stayed at in Kyoto and Tokyo. The view from the room I had was great - high up and facing peace memorial park. The park itself was only a few minutes walk away, and the hotel was nearby many shops and transport. Really great budget choice.

The location is not bad, close to the main street. Check-in was unmanned, but it was easy to understand. Although it is simple, the room is large enough so there is no problem. The hotel is small but ok. Reasonably priced and clean. Location is close to Hiroshima Bus Center, City Mall and Hiroshima Peace Park. This way you can get to the airport and sightseeing very conveniently.
Due to the major renovation of the Jr station at the beginning of this year, there are no attractions to go shopping. It is recommended to stay at the bus center, which is the center of Hiroshima. The future renovation of the JR station will be a different matter.

Pros: Close to the river, close to Hiroshima business district, quiet at night, self-service check-in and check-out, microwave in the room (very good), clean bedding
Disadvantages: No one is at the front desk from 7 to 12 o'clock in the morning. Luggage cannot be stored. The hot air of the air conditioner is not hot and there is a smell of feet when it is first turned on. After blowing it for almost half an hour, the smell disappears (but it is still a bit outrageous)
