Gorgeous property on the ocean. There are renovations going on most of the property. Constant construction and they use the elevators as well. Would love to stay again when complete and they definitely should offer a discount for a stay during this time or a discount for a future stay. We used the spa while there that is pricey and although the staff is amazing....you can hear construction while getting a "relaxing " massage.

We’ve been to Hilton head a few times but this was the first time at this property. Great service and we enjoyed the fire pits.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but they. Are accessed by open hallways and can be quite cold. There were also several families who let their children play in that open space, so it was quite noisy. The open concept made it cumbersome to get to the lobby

Property was undergoing renovations. One closed pool and some construction noise in an unoccupied building. Main restaurant closed for all but one day (seasonal). Great beach and very attractive, upscale property. Staff very good. Offer local transportation to restaurants. Clint was most helpful and cordial (bell staff). Not easy to find.

It was nice that in an offseason on a quiet night everything still worked. The hot tubs worked, the fire was on and all the fountains worked. Usually hotels close amenities or simply say “it’s not working” on slow nights but still charge full price.

My stay was for Thanksgiving and it was a great time at the Omni and on the beach with plenty of good food nearby from breakfast until dinner.

Good hotel and facilities. Nice location.
The bed was not comfortable. I’m not picky and a good sleeper. I was tired when I arrived at the hotel and sleep well the first night. I woke up frequently for the next 3 nights and I felt the bed was just not comfortable. It must be a very old mattress. I sleep very often at hotels for work and last time I was on a bad bed like this was more than 20 years ago.

Careful. They will ask if you want an upgrade room with an ocean view that is no better than the room you previously booked. They act like the upgrade is a flare rate, then they add on more tax and then a resort fee. When asked what the extra fees are for, we are told for parking, Wi-Fi and coffee. Most other resorts Bo not charge fees for these.
After arriving we were not shown which building we were in and roamed the property lost. Room service only occurred one day out of 4 and had to always ask for coffee. There was only TV channels and all other networks were pay to play.
I will not return to any Omni resorts.
