整體環境不錯，乾淨衞生。整體服務也挺好的，酒店員工可以説英語，日語，中文和德語，很友好。温泉挺舒服的，尤其累了一天之後泡個温泉挺放鬆的。其他設施也都不錯。推薦。

以我十幾年到日本旅行的時間，第一次住到這個温泉水是冷的酒店，成間酒店除了我們，完全沒有其他客人，雖然有早餐、晚餐，份量也多，但質素真的不好，房間內沒有熱水供應，只能到樓下的温泉區，但係非常之令人失望，温泉水池是凍水，而且感覺好似好耐無人住，比較污糟，樓層陳舊有味，房間內的衣櫃全部係灰塵，唔會再入住

入住的時候人特別少，把我嚇到了。但整體環境是乾淨整潔的，離地鐵也確實非常近，但因為是往遠離經典的方向，所以也可以理解了。單身或者女性同伴出行不建議，會有點擔心安全。

駅からは上り坂がありますが徒歩５分以内とアクセスは良好です。
チェックインの際にホテル側で予約が未確認でハラハラしましたが、フロントの方がきちんと確認して対応してくださいました。部屋は予め準備されていて空いている部屋を案内されました。日本語のたどたどしさがあるスタッフもいますが、皆さん礼節が保たれていて、清潔感がありました。
相応の経年劣化はありますが概ね清潔で、おばあちゃんの家のような匂いがしますが臭いという程ではありません。布団はふかふかで、枕は柔らかめ、掛け布団はフワフワの軽いタイプのものです。
大浴場も、経年劣化はありますが綺麗に掃除されています。お湯の温度は低めなので、熱いお風呂が好きな人は物足りないかも知れません。
夜はスタッフがいなくなりますので、ある程度のことは自分で対処できると安心だと思います。
物音についてはその時の利用客の状態によると思いますが、廊下に関しては普通に会話するくらいの音量だと他の部屋に丸聞こえなのでトラブルを避けるためにも静かにするに越したことはないと思います。隣室からなにか音が漏れ聞こえてくることはありませんでした。
最寄りのコンビニまでは地獄のような階段を登る必要がありますので、お食事を自分で用意する方は道すがら買ってきた方が楽だと思います。
