民宿位置好，很容易找到，樓下不遠都有公車站，出去玩方便。房間有獨立衞生間，晚上起來上廁所都很方便。老闆娘人不錯熱情招待，房間乾淨衞生，房間隔音很好，關上窗什麼聲音都沒有了，房間有吹風筒，燒水壺，還有一次性拖鞋和毛巾，謝謝老闆了！洗髮水和那種超市賣的袋裝一樣，很多泡沫，有電梯價錢實惠。房間很新設施齊全，給五星好評！

民宿小房間很温馨，熱水充足，空調製熱好，房東美女很細心，服務不錯，好停車，就是位置不太好找，應該是在福田皮卡後面，所以大家預訂好後要及時與房東聯繫，關鍵價格也便宜，推薦入住，

因為坐高鐵原因所以到這兒比較晚 店家小姐姐説沒有我要的房間了免費給我升級了更好的房間 態度很好 本來是12點退房 因為我入住的時候已經凌晨一點半了 小姐姐説可以多住一個小時 一點退房 非常感謝 價格實惠 環境也可以 房間裏沒有異味 挺好的.

先説優點——住着感覺挺安全的，一樓入門有密碼鎖，還有監控。沒有密碼的外人應該是進不去的。老闆給我升級了房間，感覺房間是新裝修的，房間和床鋪都很乾凈，沒有異味，房間佈置也很有審美，衞生間熱水很熱，被子蓋着也舒服。房間裏還放了手機充電器，挺方便。衞生間門口放了一個大的全身鏡，挺不錯。房間實際情況和平台上的照片一致。入住時需要交50按金。全程都是通過微信網上辦理入住和交流的，倒是省時省力。再説讓我覺得不太舒服的地方——因為不瞭解真實住宿情況，一開始衹定了一晚，我以前也是這樣，先住一晚看看環境再決定要不要續住）來了後看環境不錯就想再續住一晚，結果定第二晚的時候就漲價了，平台上一下子漲了十幾塊錢，我尋思着這也不是過節放假啥的，怎麼就差這麼多，這在我之前住的那麼多地方都從來沒遇到過，之前遇到的客棧給我升級房間我再續住時都還是按原價來付的。最後跟老闆溝通在**上給按會員算的，但也比第一晚貴了一些。第二個是我住的這個房間有蟲子，入住第一晚就看到了，在地上亂爬，不清楚別的房間有沒有。最後是我自己拿紙捏死的，額，現在想來還是渾身起雞皮疙瘩。老闆也沒表示什麼。

環境好，乾淨衞生，新開的店，裏面裝修也漂亮，枕頭被子床單燒水壺都是新的，老闆服務態度很好，主要是價格還便宜，特別贊，下次還會來👍👍👍👍👍

一次最差的住宿，今年春節出去玩了10天，這家是最差的一家。第一半夜停電，空調就沒有了，一直捱到早晨7點左右，打電話，發微信都不回。第二投影儀的遙控器沒電，投影儀看不了。第三他家的床翻身都吱吱作響，而且相當不舒服，最基本的睡個好覺都達不到。第四一直到上午他們給回話，對我提出的問題就一句話，對不起完事。我覺得我們出來要的就是你對服務的承諾，可是你沒有達到，你承諾24小時空調，熱水，投影儀，而且床還很難受，太冤枉你的民宿的名字了，幸運民宿，誰來誰不幸。
