This is the nicest hotel in Israel. It's a world unto itself. The beautiful decor and relaxing ambience are why you pay the big bucks. The bedrooms are beautiful. The views are outstanding. The breakfast was amazing. Lunch and dinner are less so. This is a place for honeymooners, anniversaries, reunions and special occasions. If you need to relax and just get away from it all, look no further. However, you're still in Israel. So the staff are young, post army kids mostly who don't really understand what high end service really looks like. In some ways it is refreshing that they are not bowing and referring to you as sir and madam like in India, but they are also informal to the point where they may argue with each other in front of you, chat with one another when you're trying to get their attention and forget things like drink orders. It's a difficult place if you have mobility problems, you'll have to use the buggies to get around. I would definitely come here again.

From the moment we arrived, after a drive down the Red Sea we were welcomed and made to feel at home with the mantra “it’s about you” Megan and Austin have gathered a spectacular team from the fantastic Spa therapists to the restaurant team, great chef and restaurant manager, down to each of the young servers each exemplary in there own way. Great mountain guide too!

Best hotel on earth. Nothing at all compares. The views are something out of a James Bond movie. Just simply amazing. The food is among the best I’ve ever had. The spa is amazing, great people serving. What a wonderful place. Among the most beautiful resorts in the whole world!

Simply amazing. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. From the staff to the property to the rooms, every detail was perfect and amazing. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and the hotel sent a staffer 30 min to the nearest town just to get me board shorts so i could go swimming. Staff went above and beyond in every way. The rooms were amazing. Large comfortable rooms with amazing private decks. Felt very private and secluded. The bathroom left nothing to be desired. The food throughout the property was incredible. Every space had incredible panoramic views to match the amazing menus. The perfect romantic get away. We barely ran into another person the entire time. Felt like our own secluded property. If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it immediately.

This was a wonderful stay. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Ollie and Gilli in the restaurants were terrific. Nathan in the spa was a brilliant masseur and Val was so friendly. This is a special treat stay and it delivered in every way.

One of the most incredible properties I have ever been to ! The views , the location , the rooms , the food , the staff ..off the hook ! Huge shout it to Ziv and Bridgett , you made us feel so special ,every interaction we had was a positive experience ..thank you !! Chef David ( who we met at the Sukkot dinner ) ..you are a true professional and your team is fantastic . The Israeli breakfast is perfect , the shukshuka is spicy and delicious, your wood oven pizza at the pool as legit and equal to any I’ve had in Italy .Dinner each night was perfect .Thank you ! The rooms are perfectly luxurious with breathtaking views . The common areas , pool , bar , spa are amazing ! This place is just so well done … The e-bike ride was the most EPIC bike ride I have ever take .I’m a good mountain biker and it was a bit tough so I’d suggest the hotel split the ride in groups of beginner , intermediate , advanced to make sure it works for all skill levels . The view from the top was beyond what I could have imagined . We randomly met the resort owner at the special dinner . A super nice guy who was genuinely interested in our experience and wanted to hear any ways he could improve . The place is prefect dont change a thing . The staff are great . Some are young ( fresh from the army ) and are really learning what first class service is about . Their attitude and enthusiasm is amazing . If you are traveling to Israel …find 3 days to visit this resort . It’s certainly not cheap , but worth every penny . Book it !!

Simply amazing! From the moment you get there to the time you leave there is someone greeting you. That’s you Meagan! Thank you for making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were great. The food was fantastic especially the main restaurant. For lunch try the Shaharut pizza. The breakfast, wow! And the views, the views! The pool is simply amazing. The staff was there for you. Gila was one that greeted us every time we saw her and asked if she could get us something. The pottery at the hotel was very nice. We found out it was made by a woman in the village that was a 25 minute walk. We found her and bought a bunch of stuff to bring home. We tried to go bike riding in the hills. It was NOT easy so be prepared. We ended up ditching the bikes cause it was too dangerous for us novices so we walked up the hill to see the amazing views. We sat up there while our tour guide played some music. It was very Zen like! You felt as one with the Negev. The sunsets and nighttime sky watch are remarkable but the sunrise was my highlight. I was alone looking over the valley. The sun rising in a biblical fashion. I felt like I could have been walking the desert with Moses. The owner of the hotel was there too. What a great way to learn about the hotel and work that went into building it, from the rooms built into the hills to the craftsmen who built the walls. He has much love and excitement for that place which is what you want in an owner. Overall a 10! Don’t miss it!

This place will become an annual booking for us. Great for the body and soul. A minor complaint was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Chilled, quiet, at one with nature. Food to a very high standard.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are BEAUTIFUL. The scenery everywhere you look is breathtaking. The service is fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. If I had a complaint it would be that chef is trying too hard at dinner. Would like to see some simple menu items like a nice roasted chicken instead of chicken stuffed with chestnuts. Sometimes simple is better! Would also like to see more off site activities. It was too hot to go hiking when we were there in early Sept. But overall a 6 star experience!
