第一次過來出差，酒店裝修有點東南風度假風，前台服務小姐姐很熱情，地理位置非常好，一下高速就到交通便利，前台入住速度很快服務熱情，很親切，房間衞生乾淨整潔、有大浴缸可以美美泡澡，晚上出陽台吹吹風很舒服，早餐品種豐富，豬腳麪YYDS!很好吃，下次來帶上泳衣游泳，好評推薦！

超級差評！沒有遇到那麼差的品牌酒店，碧桂園非常有失水準。買的是包含自助餐套餐，6-8點晚上，7點過去基本衹有冷菜。粥，湯，熱菜全都吃完，重點是！酒店不會續，吃完就吃完了，這叫自助餐？這叫“監獄放飯”吧？等於你如果不是6點鐘在門口排隊沖進去“搶”吃的，你吃的就是別人的剩菜剩飯。198二大二小，根本不值！
另外説房間，沙發椅子發黴肉眼可見的臟，最受不了的是床單也臟，掀開發現有血點！居然是品牌酒店的水準？房費也不便宜，800多一晚比快捷酒店還差？連夜收拾東西，走人了。
綜上，不建議入住，不管是平時還是節假日，衞生條件，服務水平，餐飲水平都非常差，不要浪費錢。

住：屬於碧桂園賣房配套起來的酒店，開業久了房間設施老舊，衞生死角多，位置沒配套，酒店設施基本沒有。吃：户外露營燒烤商家就引導你不要選，西餐套餐去中餐廳吃，分量少加菜才吃飽，沒流量什麼服務都上不來。吃住服務都沒有滿意的，唯一就是過路方便（高速口附近），停車方便一些，出遊類型是度假，親子什麼的不要來了，

這個就是被騙來的，應該是我去過規模最小的碧桂園酒店，大廳又要售樓又要辦理入住還要設定一個小童樂園區。好尬啊。入住的房間説什麼50平方😂可能最多35吧。衞生死角多，陽台不能出，臟的不像話。泳池四點半開放，學游泳的，附近小區的，酒店旅客，人山人海，水渾濁的不敢看，口水，還是痰漂啊漂。再來説下重頭戲，自助晚餐。總共二十來個裝食物的容器吧，對，就是二十來個，蛋糕粥水全部包裹了哦。反正給你拿東西吃的一共二十來個地方，坐的位置也差不多二十張台。你入住的時候會有張自助餐券給你，你自己派了多少張自助餐券出去，你的餐廳能容納多少人，你自己心裏沒點數嗎？晚來一點的人站都沒地方站，別説坐。酒店經理就到處問這裡有人坐嗎？你們一張台多少個人啊？這張凳子有人坐嗎？……場面驚人啊，走廊加桌😁，連健身房都加桌，人山人海啊。食物靠搶，上的慢上的少，白粥湯水都見底😱好誇張好誇張。我們一家大小，小孩子吃了兩個冰淇淋球，果斷逃離這種人海。小區外面有個農莊不錯，步行十分鐘左右。吃飽點想去天麓湖邊走走，沒有燈光，黑麻麻。還是回酒店早點洗澡睡覺。床的舒適度還是可以的，第二天的早餐就是趕緊吃碗麥皮趕緊逃離。九點半就退房了😂史上入住最差的碧桂園，沒有之一。謝謝大家

總的來説物歸所值，一份價錢一分貨。
服務：態度不錯，感謝春節堅守的服務員。
其他都一般般，印象深刻下面幾點：
措施亮點：拖鞋同腳，椅子斷裂。
自助晚餐：糟糕，座位不夠，沒菜，上一盤清一盤，壯觀。
畢竟是家門口的酒店，希望能做更好，提供更好的服務。加油吧！
