I love staying here they treat me well and are very helpful. I haven’t had a bad experience there yet. They always are welcoming and the breakfast is plentiful.

Run of the mill. Ok for one-night stay but, a bit expensive.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. They had a nice breakfast (that I missed) and the rooms were perfect for the price. A bit far from downtown was the only drawback for me, but I believe it was close to the Nogales Airport.

Very old shower towels. I like reception staff, friendly and provided all the needed information

The Bussiness center did not have ink to print. that is an easy item to replace and they did not offer to replace it.

It was great, cold water in the fridge is always appreciated. The elevator had some problems but were able to fix them promptly

The first room was filthy so so dirty and smelled disgusting. Next morning I asked for another room I got one it was a little better but the ac unit kept turning off and there was no water pressure. The beds were old so were the sheets they were see thru. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff called me to confirm what time I was checking in I told him I would be there around three. I said they would only be able to ration till six showed up at one. Then they said I had to come back at three. I came back at 3 pm, my room still wasnt ready, but they were ready to charge me for the room. Got to the room, couldn't turn tv on. Had to downstairs and ask for one. No wash clothes. Won't be coming back.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She was trying to argue with me about the price of the room. She would not honor the reservation price and the exchange rate was ridiculous.

Never got to stay there asked for a refund but wouldn't refund

Room smelled funny and heater didn’t work. Extremely cold.

Mold found in the ceiling. Requested room change, staff said they were fully booked. Carpet dirty, furniture worn down. Breakfast consisted of stale crackers and bread. Wifi not working.

if you are on one of the floors above you can hear the noise when they move the chairs
