酒店停車方便，設施齊備，離石鼓書院很近，在我們的要求下，前台一位女工作人員給免費升房了，很感謝！在她的指導下我們手機加了酒店小程序和買了早餐券，但後面發生的小事很掃興，入住後我們要求再加倆條浴巾和倆瓶水，她説房間沒有這些嗎？我們説有，另外再加上，她好像覺得這種情況沒聽説過似的，我們還要反覆解釋給她聽，她説酒店有規定衹給二瓶水，再要自己買，也不主動説浴巾可以給，我們説水自己買.浴巾可以給吧.她才説可以。我們連住了3天，樓層服務員還是每天多送了二瓶水！二瓶水是小事，但可以看出前台工作人員的服務意識。
