Hotels near Neptunusparken, Helsinki

This is a great addition to the Helsinki Scandic range, converting an old building into a stunning new hotel. It is pretty big (over 300 rooms) but there is enough space for everything to happen. Rooms are lovely and well designed. Rooms sizes and shapes vary because of the building conversion. Some have baths. The superior rooms are all gorgeous and face the church square. Everything in the room worked well and internal noise insulation was excellent. Good air-con and free wi-fi. Blackout curtains were efficient and lighting very well managed. Breakfast is in a vast but multi-roomed area with some seating outside in the atrium. Nothing was missing from the buffet and despite the number of guests it all worked well with plenty of seating. The location of the hotel is also good, very central, 5 minutes’ walk from the Kamppi shopping centre (and metro) and 3 minutes’ walk from tram stops.

The team is super friendly & warm - always smiling & assisting with questions, directions & suggestions. Clean Rooms With 100% noise cutting windows. We stayed in the basic room facing the road & slept blissfully all nights. The Marski has the best best breakfast spread I have ever seen in a hotel in all my 27 years of travel. They have options for every kind of guest. It's unbelievably thoughtful Though we didn't go to the bar, it was packed most evenings with DJ music playing & gave the hotel a lively atmosphere

Good internal structure and facilities. Very good. Instead, it is an expensive hotel. Very close to Helsinki Central Station. After taking the train from Helsinki Airport and arriving at Helsinki Central Station, the first huge and handsome building you see when you come out of the main gate is the Sokos Hotel. Sokos Hotel is a hotel that costs approximately 190 euros per night. If you look to the left from the front, there are a number of buildings, one of which is the Grand Hansa Hotel. From the outside, it is an unremarkable hotel. The 'Grand Hansa' hotel is a hotel that costs approximately 350 euros per night. It's expensive, so it's definitely a good hotel. There are various amenities, including restaurants and shopping, right in front of the hotel. You can buy clothes, shoes, and cosmetics at the Stocmann Department Store right in front. There is also a large bookstore nearby.

There was someone at the counter until early in the morning. The two single beds in the small room were very big and very hot. It was very comfortable to take a shower as soon as it rained outside. The sound insulation was pretty good. The breakfast was delicious. Check-out was only at 12 o'clock. You can store it in the room. There is a luggage room for luggage. It is only five minutes away from the train station. It is convenient to go anywhere.

No complaints. On the contrary! Found the breakfast room cozy and simply loved my room. The staff were all very polite. Excellent city travel options (for instance, who does not love trams?). Don’t miss The Hakaniemi square (tori) itself, with a market hall and similar commerce outside. (These days - so what if the cleaning personnel were not all working the same way.)

The room was not too big but we didn’t have any big luggage so it was fine, and it was nice too. However, we discovered a black gel nail on the bathroom floor, but since the floor pattern was stone with black, white and grey, so it is understandable that the room attendant missed that spot.

I was worried about whether I could get into the room, but I was able to contact them using WhatsApp, which I installed in Japan. The room had a refrigerator, a water heater, cups, forks, etc. It was a convenient location.

Great hotel, here is some thougts: Pros: - The hotel has spacious rooms and good beds. - It is very cheap, and with the free S-Etukortti you can get 25% off the price. - There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. - Location near metro station, and there is mostly some offices, so the area is super quiet in weekends. - Check-in at 12.00 already. - Co-working area in lobby with some vending machines. Cons: - Not that much tourist attractions nearby -Breakfast not included

Top if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Even their 16 people shared rooms are furnitured in a very intelligent way so they provide privacy. I was really scared of sleeping in one room with 15 other people. After my trip there, i was not anymore. Also their shared area is really comfy and has everything you need including sofas, multiple TVs and a REALLY big kitchen. It is also very clean and the staff is super friendly.

Superfresh and great hotel! Rooms were a bit small but you could put up the bed and create space. The Spa section as awesome, great saunas and a bar with nice vibe. Saturday night was a lot fun there. 10/10 - Recommended
