Great location to central train station, supermarket,tokmanni dept store, landmark attractions, kamppi bus terminal for daytrip to porvoo, ferry ride to suomen fortress. Newly renovated room in a 100 year old hotel, bathroom heater to dry towel, very smiley staff, good healthy filling breakfast. Most recommended hotel!

Fine for one night, but you get what you pay for. This hotel is more like an Air B&B set up, no staff, you access you room via a code that is text and emailed to you. Great for checking in as you can access your room straight away, but not sure what you would do if you have an issue with your room or code. There is a phone in the lobby, we tried this for a different issue but all that played was an automated Finnish message that we could not understand, so gave up. Our room was on the 2nd floor in Block A. Room was fine, simple set up, beds were low but comfy enough. Small bathroom with shower, no amenities or safe from what I can remember. Microwave and tea/coffee provided, which we didn't use. The TV was strange, it seems to be set on a 10 minute timer so switches itself after a certain time, quite odd and irritating. Location was great, next to shops, a few bars but only a short walk to the centre. We slept well, except the room was extremely hot, which was not controlled by any thermostat in the room, so we couldn't turn any form of heating down as the heaters were off. The windows didn't open so we were just left in a baking hot room, which left us struggling to sleep but we dealt with fine. Check out was simple, no need to hand keys in etc you just set a time to check out by and leave whenever you are ready. Nice simple room, great location but don't expect and frills or luxury.

Very central location just opposite the famous Stockmann department stall. Easily walkable to many attractions, museums, shopping areas and restaurants. About 10mins walk to Helsinki Central Station which links up to the airport through rail. Our room (triple room) was quite spacious and well-furnished. Hotel also allowed us to place luggage in cabinets that comes with its own key, free of charge, after we checked out.

The overall location is in the center of Helsinki, about 800 meters straight from Helsinki Station. It is very convenient to enter and exit. If you are traveling alone, it is a good choice. Before checking in, be sure to pay attention to the email you bound to receive a check-in reminder. I stayed on December 14th, but there was already a lot of snow outside and the temperature was -7°C even during the day. The room was warm and comfortable with a panel heater. I think it's hot at night. I was able to rest quietly at night because it does not face the main street or the tram road. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. There were breads, yogurts, cinnamon rolls, flakes, salads, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit and more. I would like to use it again next time.

The location is very good, the port can be reached on foot. The hotel also belongs to a business district. The hotel is also very new. The room has a pole for drying clothes, which is very important. The room was hygienic. When I checked in, I found that there was blood on the wall and no one was clean. The washstand in the bathroom is a bit low. The hotel can walk to the old town, and it is acceptable for people who travel not far. The room size is quite large and the price is cheap. Overall it is recommended to stay.

Fully automatic haha, there are many such unmanned apartments in Finland. I like them, especially the elevators, the doors that pull out, the rooms are very design, and the location is remote. It ’s in the suburbs, but Helsinki is so big. Sit Subway to city center for a while

My room was rather small and the bathroom was also rather small and feels little space for the toilet. The brightness to the walk and the neighbouring rooms is also given. Also breakfast was OK. Here there was a solid selection of sauce, cheese, marmelade, musli, yoghurt, rhei, fruit etc. In particular the bread was really good. Small tip: Let you give a room behind and not to the side where the tram is driving. Otherwise you hear it very strongly. There are enough free parking facilities around the hotel. There is a supermarket to do so.

We stayed two and a half months. There are 3 blocks of self-check-in apartments (A, B and C) in this property which are all connected from the basement. The entrance code will be emailed to you after 4:00 pm. Call customer service if you face a problem and the phone number is on the entrance door. Pros -Good central location: 10 min walk to Kamppi mall, metro, tram and bus stations. -The floor plan of the apartment was good. Enough space allocation to kitchen, bedroom, living room and all of these had windows to the outside. -The bedroom had lots of closets. -Our flat had balcony. -The Wi-Fi was good, and the lighting was ok Cons -The building is old and has a small lift that doesn’t go to the basement (-1 level) where all common facilities such as luggage room, saunas, garbage room, etc. are located so you need to use stairs. -There are also some stairs to reach the lift from the street with no ramp for wheelchairs or luggage. -Huge construction is going on next to block C (very noisy and disturbing). -There is a large school facing block C and B and children making lots of noise. -The apartment needs some renovation (old furniture, broken sofa bed with deformed sponge, broken shower handle, etc.) -Cleaning was not good, much dust on and under sofa bed and on the radiators and under TV Stand, stains on the walls, burnt rice stuck in one of the pots and was not cleaned, electric kettle was rusty. We had paid for apartment cleaning every two weeks, but we were not happy with the work of cleaner and we ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. -The bathroom radiator was cold and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. - Inside temperature was mostly about 18 degrees Celsius during November; The living room window was not insulated and heating system was not functioning well. -Apartment service was not satisfying in case of repair and fixes and took lot of time (some cases did not even get fixed); If you are lucky and spare part is available it may take between 3-10 working days otherwise you better forget about it. -High price so not good value for money considering the issues. -There is no safety deposit box in the flat. -Customer service personnel have the entrance code and they may come and go to your flat without prior notice no matter if you are present or not.
