There was tea, dried fruits, etc. when we checked in. The breakfast was very rich, and I ate a lot of smoked salmon!

The location is good, within a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station, and the rooms and facilities are very clean. Above all, the breakfast is delicious!

It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the central train station. Because of the slope, although the straight-line distance is not far, it is still a bit difficult to walk with a suitcase. The hotel is very good overall, but the surrounding area is under renovation. There was originally a park behind, but it seems to be blocked. The lobby is very beautiful, and there are ice lemonade, snacks, and fruit supplies. The waiter is also very nice, but the room is very small. I can't see the area when booking. I guess it's only 15 or 16 square meters? We almost had no place to put our two large suitcases. Fortunately, the bathroom is not bad and not small. The room is also very clean. It takes ten minutes to walk to the White Church and ten minutes to the pier. There is also a bus stop downstairs, which is quite convenient. You have to take a bus or an electric scooter to go to the Rock Church, Sibelius Park, etc. Overall, except for the small space, it is not bad, and the breakfast is also very good.

Weekend trip to Helsinki and we choose to stay in this hotel for the first time. Not far from bus- or train station, walking distance in fact. Cozy room and good bathroom with a big window :) Bathroom also had a motion detector, shady light starts to shine when you walk in, that was great and never seen that before. Breakfast was good, both quantity and quality. Staff was friendly. When in Helsinki, this is a good choice.

Great location, helpful staff, clean room and so on..I definitely recommend. I just can offer to alternate breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and It was a bit boring to find the same things to have as breakfast.

Loved the hotel! Cosy and small. Excellent location, 5 min walk from central train station but park behind a hotel, so actually a tranquil spot. Room was modern and spacious, windows from floor to ceiling and view to greenery from bed 🤩. Eventually someone has addressed the light issues in sensible way - different settings available for different moods, and motion sensitive nightlight for bathroom - so you do not feel like turning on the floodlights at night. Stuff is nice and helpful, breakfast and resto/bar are good (kitchen open until reasonably late at evening). Did not find time to visit sauna though. Definitely would stay again!

Boutique style Radisson hotel tucked away onto a quiet corner right in the center of Helsinki. Beds were comfortable. Ventilation barely works and room was quite stuffy even with the fan at maximum power. Restaurant not reliably open. Daytime front desk staff professional but definitely NOT friendly, warm or particularly accommodating. We stayed at four Radisson properties this summer with this being our least favorite. Would most likely seek out a different accommodation on future visits to this very nice city.

This hotel was absolutely worth experiencing, a truly amazing experience! The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the view was incredibly beautiful and the hotel's location was perfect - everything you need was nearby and just a short walk away, such as many sights and stores. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and the breakfast itself was very comprehensive and delicious. The rooms and hotel facilities are modern. The hotel is definitely worth experiencing! I'm already looking forward to my next visit. :)

What a great hotel! Very comfortable bed, great view, we were given a list of great restaurants that didn’t disappoint. The hotel is clean, the bar was beautiful to sit at and look outside. The best part was the amazing staff. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and kind. This hotel is conveniently located. We would stay here again without question!

Amazing superior room with full sized corner windows. The bathroom was beatiful, large and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and many options. The restaurant was small, making it comfortable. Definitely would like to return to this hotel when in Helsinki.

I was lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, which was beautiful. Given the fact that this hotel is less than one year old, what I found extremely disappointing was the level of cleanliness in the room/ bathroom. If only it was properly clean and immaculate, I'd have recommended it to my friends. Unfortunately, the glasses in the bathroom weren't clean, the sewage in the sink had a yellow rim, there were dried splashes of toothpaste water on the door and the dust was covering the skirting boards. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming!

This is my second time around and it only gets better. First of all, a big thank you to all the wonderful staff! Service-minded, personal and positiv. They've made me feel so welcome and it's always that little extra something. Everything is fresh and clean and sparkling with charming details. Love the red everywhere! The rooms are very nice and so are the beds. The breakfast area is nice and cozy and the buffé is really amazing. And the area is just as cozy in the evening with a nice coctail and tasty snacks. It doesn't matter if I'm there with a large group of people or my small family everything is 10/10 and then some!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The bed was really good, and it was quiet so ensured a good night sleep. We tried the sauna and it has a clever design. Although it was cold when we entered, it got hot automatically in just minutes. Breakfast was nice with several warm options.Reception staff were welcoming and service minded. Will gladly stay here again.
