一直都很喜歡維也納這個品牌，辦理入住時前台服務很熱情，退房時小姐姐很有禮貌有耐心。酒店位置好，出行方便周邊餐飲也很多。酒店設施齊全房間乾淨，床品很舒服，房間衞生打掃很整潔。

大床房換雙床房前台還非要我補收了二十塊錢，説什麼價格不一樣，明明網上都是一樣的，前台的帥哥的服務真的不是一般差，還是維也納的會員，我看可以註銷了

酒店房間衞生做的真的不是一點差，不提醒就不打掃。打掃也不徹底，地面上很明顯的也不打掃。不知道旅酒店是如何培訓和管理的
