一次非常愉快的入住體驗，各方面服務都非常到位，房間環境設施更是沒話説，維持了亞朵一貫的高水準👍🏻 亞地理位置也非常好，就在濱湖銀泰旁邊。以後還會選擇這家亞朵的😄

酒店位置很不錯，距離安徽美術館很近，地鐵兩條線都可以到，還有銀泰的商業中心，購物非常方便，酒店工作人員也很認真負責，入住的時候隨口説了一句合肥天氣比較冷，前台立馬給我拿了暖寶寶還有熱的礦泉水，到房間後還專門送來了一床被子，因為合肥霧霾天氣，出門的時候給我們拿了口罩，消毒濕巾，感覺很温暖，以後出門還會選擇這個品牌

知道是來跑馬拉松的，免費提供豐盛的早餐，且安排在早上5點就開，很貼心的服務。

酒店服務很好，房間乾淨、衞生，工作人員服務熱情。特別令我感動的是，有一次工作人員看到我腳崴了，10分鐘之後，酒店方經理就給我送來了萬通筋骨貼和雲南白葯氣霧劑，2天就消腫痊癒了。這充分説明瞭酒店對顧客的關懷，體現了服務行業的服務本質！

避坑！最差亞朵服務！
一般我出差或者自己旅遊什麼的，會選亞朵，但是今天住的這家亞朵，稀爛的危機公關，可以説讓我大開眼界了。[笑哭][笑哭]
按照平台上的酒店協議，預訂成功後，是可以在14:00～次日06:00隨時入住的。但當我17:13到店時，前台卻説前一個房間客人沒退房，要等他退房打掃完了才能入住。
這樣，完全可以認為是一房兩賣了。
再説危機公關，完全沒有，問她怎麼辦，她説衹能讓我在大廳等着。極端情況下，14:00到店，但如果前一個客人因為亞朵的會員權利，到18:00才能退房的話，那我就要在大廳等4個小時。
上述可是前台的原話哦～
頭一回見違反消費者權益保護法還能如此理直氣壯的。關鍵是，我也是亞朵的金會員。真是讓人寒心。
頭天晚上如此投訴，都沒店裡領導出麪，第二天才有店長來道歉。你覺得，一晚上的發酵，這是把消費者，把會員當猴耍吧？
已投訴至消協，各類證據已保存，靜候結果。

酒店內環境還是可以的，房間裏面也挺乾淨，剛進房，看到浴室門口地上鋪着一塊毛巾，不清楚是不是提前幫忙鋪了，但是廁紙沒換新的，小瑕疵。停車環境不是很好，地下車庫有點臟，還有地方堆着桌椅，木板等東西，有垃圾桶的味道。
