Filthy Dirty mud on the wall, floor had not been moped , smell was Bad. Sheet was dirty . I looked at two rooms.The picture of the motel is deceiving the motel is run down. Tar pot on trailer was at the door of the room old dump truck . I had paid up front.We didnt feel safe, Lost my money. I went to another motel

Found some kind of bug in the bed. Burn mark from cigarettes on the sheet. No good cleaning. Staff was very nice though.

If I could give this hotel a 0 star I would. My friends and I booked this hotel months in advance for the convenience of its location and an event we were attending. Our flight landed early and I politely called the hotel to see if it was okay for us to leave our luggage while we finish some errands. The lady at the front desk (date: September 21,2023 Time: about 2pm) told me that the reservation did not exist, I then asked to speak to a manager but the woman there told me she was the manager and seemed unwilling to help. Since I booked with ******* I contacted their customer service and a agent quickly contacted the hotel and requested to speak with a manager. On there system it clearly stated we had a room booked there. Sadly the agent from ******* told us that the manager was not answering and was unable to be reached. (So the woman there lied about the manager being present). ******* was quick to help this issue and managed to help us book another hotel. Now we are currently on our way to the Sherry Valley Hotel and the same woman from Americas Best Value hotel called back and told me that she now found our reservation and to provide her with a full card number since that was the issue all along. ( she stated that the card provided did not have enough numbers). I told her we are no longer staying at that hotel and she responded carelessly. This hotel needs to rehire immediately and retrain its employees on customer service. Would not recommend to anyone! Stay away.

The hotel room itself was pretty gross. Things were definitely not cleaned. Blood stains on the shower curtain. Our keys stopped working in the middle of the day and were told we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come back to the front desk to give us new keys. For paying as much as I did, 10/10 would not recommend.

Very run down facility. Room had dirty sheets on both beds when we arrived, there was a dead bug in our bed, dirty pillow cases. The floor looked like it hasn’t been swept in months. The door on our room looked like it got broken into at one point which made it hard to close and open. Got here to check-in after driving for hours for a festival the weekend of staying and had to make an unexpected trip to Walmart to buy bedding so we could sleep on a clean bed when we just wanted to lay down and relax. After seeing the conditions of the bedding when we arrived I didn’t even want to ask them for clean sheets. No one stays at the front desk to help you, they always have a sign up that says “staff had to step away for a minute please use phone to dial “0” and someone will be with you in a moment”. When we arrived to check in no one was at the front desk and we had to wait 10-15 minutes after using the phone to get someone to the desk to help us. The staff was pretty friendly but they need to do better with cleaning, presenting the property, and presenting them selves.

Could not breath it smelled like cigarettes so bad. The beds were dirty and had stains on them. Had to wipe down the bathroom walls. There was screaming in the room next door until 2 am and we ended up leaving. Hopefully we are refunded

Like something out of a horror movie. Really. My Spidey senses were going off as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. It looked like something straight out of Appalachian purgatory Walked into my room, and the smell about knocked me down. It had something that resembled the old Squarewood stick on tiles floor, there were two beds that look like they came out of an army bar, the air conditioner on the wall had the plastic cover, broken off, and all you can see was the metal coils which were covered in dust dirt in the fan would’ve made for a night with no sleep I can honestly say I would not leave my dog to spend the night in this room

Terrible experience with the night clerk forces himself into our room when HE gave us the wrong room. I did not get the room I reserved.

Me and my partner stay on the weekends when possible to get time alone. Staff and service is always at its best! And everything you need is is the area and convenient to get to.
