The person at the front desk during checkin was very pleasant. The room was a king suite at the end of the hall on the first floor and it was very spacious and very clean, including the carpet. Bathroom was clean and lighting was bright. I gotta admit this was probably one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in.
It was also quiet.

We stayed in a king room on 3rd floor. The bed in this hotel was probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. The place is very nice and staff was great but beds awful.

We ended up staying due to blizzard conditions on our route home. Us and our 16 month old. It was comfortable enough for us and had a bath tub to bathe the baby. We were right across from the elevator, which I thought would be noisy, but it wasn't too bad. Overall good stay. While i don't see us needing to stay in Hays again, i would definitely recommend this place.

The service, breakfast and size of room were good. However, the bed was hard and super uncomfortable and the shower pressure was terrible.

The front desk staff was nice, and the room was decent, but the carpets looked dirty and they looked like they needed to be replaced.

Very nice and clean. Easy access. Friendly staff. Lighting in the bathroom was the only thing that wasn’t good. They need to add another light or maybe brighter light bulbs.

Beds are very hard. Not sure why people think firm beds are comfortable when they are just hard.
