Mystique Regis Habana by Royalton

We had a wonderful stay at the elegant Mystique Habana! Traveling with a baby was made easy with the exceptionally warm and accommodating staff, led by Pavel and Arianna. They consistently went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed during our one week stay. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and within walking distance of many sights and attractions...old Havana, parque Central, Malacon, etc. We looked forward to breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace with a great view of the city. There are many eating options closeby and it was easy to catch a bus to the beach when we wanted to relax. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful resort lots to do, love the pools and the beach…great food, lots of choices of activites on the resort and off the resort…people are so friendly and helpful, AC was working very well room was beautiful and the housekeeper was such a doll…the entertainers Lorena baby Lore and Amanda chica bombom are the greatest, my friend and I had a great time with them both.

Having booked our anniversary experience and chosen Cuba as our choice of destination from our bucket list, we were SO thrilled to have picked MYSTIQUE REGIS Boutique Hotel by Royalton as our preferred choice of stay. This beautiful newly refurbished boutique hotel in the heart of Old Havana was perfectly located with access to all key tourist and local sights, vintage car experiences, eateries and of course a comfortable and super clean rooms to come back to after a long day of sightseeing! Beautiful rooftop for sunrise brekkie to provide you with awesome City views! This is a must for daily starts.. Now most importantly the Welcoming staff were the epitome of Cuban hospitality. Always there to help and guide no matter how small or big the problem like booking taxis, site seeing, restaurant recommendations and moreover endlessly trying to help us communicate with the lost and found airport people who lost our luggage sadly! But that’s another story! Big shout out and THANK YOU to the Mystique Team Kim, Arianna, the marketing butler team and all the lovely reception ladies and bell gentlemen! Glad I have chosen this hotel in Havana. Clean, well maintained and cozy. Considering the "not always easy" situation out there (constantly followed and exasperated by locals), it was good have a lovely shelter to relax. Staff nice and helpful.

The truth is that our stay far exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities are top notch and the staff is excellent. They helped us with everything, restaurant and tour reservations, advice on where to visit, etc. Above all, the manager Ariana gave us excellent treatment.

Excellent Hotel all staff very friendly and helpful rooms are first class location perfect in the center of Havana. We would most certainly come here again a fantastic experience. Hotel location was perfect in the center of Havana close too bars, restaurants and museums etc.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mystique although it got off to a rocky start when we arrived and there was little (no) food at the restaurant. Got resolved quickly and the staff were most helpful throughout. Location is perfect and the roof top terrace is wonderful.
