第一次寫差評就給你們酒店了 入住酒店4天
住過這麼多酒店 沒遇到過這種讓人無語的事 先説衞生很一般 阿姨打掃衞生從來不換毛巾的 所以後麪自己去外面買了毛巾
最過分的事 第一天回酒店發現護膚品明顯被人動過了 第一張圖片是我的面霜 是新的 其它的兩個明顯是被人用什麼東西挖了的 也不是什麼很貴的東西 但是太讓人膈應了 衹要能打開的東西都挖 連我男朋友的試用裝也挖 一個我能理解我相信大家的護膚品被用過 一眼都能看出來 ！！
最後一天 我卸粧的連帶盒子全沒了 半夜還外賣買
最後護膚品我全扔了 太膈應人了 最近哈爾濱太火了 如果姐妹們實在訂不到房 建議一定要把所有的東西鎖在行李箱 ！！！！這種事都能做出來 指不定還往裡加什麼東西！！！給前台打電話 説是第二天讓老闆聯繫我 也沒聯繫 不需要什麼賠償 讓大家避雷！！千萬別住這種酒店（附上半夜買卸粧的購買記錄）

1、這間素柏·雲酒店，應該不是如家旗下的，名頭前沒有如家字樣。
2、服務差，問客人手機號特別不耐煩。
3、環境差，隔音特別不好能聽見樓上、隔壁説話。
4、衞生差，床單潮濕有黃漬，枕頭上有體毛。
5、設施差，標註是酒店，其實是酒店式公寓，大床房是兩張單人床拼成的，紙盒內沒有紙巾，被子小被套大。
