位置:很好找，附近有一個商場。
交通:去火車站、中央大街、江邊距離不遠，打車方便。
環境:小區進出上樓需要刷卡，晚上安靜不吵鬧。
設施:基本要求可以滿足、狀態新。
衞生:乾淨整潔
服務:老闆服務熱情親切態度好。性價比高

這就是我定的五百多的公寓，衞生間排氣扇壞了，上了衞生間就一屋味道，窗户關不嚴，用透明膠粘上，讓他換屋子，結果給了一間更狹小的房間，後面晚走一晚續房，結果這間屋衹能標價200
多，這次哈爾濱玩得非常糟心，反正再也不來了，攜程再也被會定他們的獨立成團的了。記住啊，越是網紅，越是鼓吹的，就越不能去

1月中旬去哈爾濱前訂的，不能退，説實話我訂的時候是412元一晚上，去之前想着應該不得差，去了之後衞生一般般，我以為這個價格應該挺好的，沒想到……我以為真的是圖片的這種，沒想到……和圖片有出入一般般吧，離地鐵口也遠，就是出門坐公交車方便點，出門一般我就是滴滴打車，以後再也不會連續訂房了，花錢買教訓吧
