I have had an exquisite time at this hotel. All the staff treated me with respect and they were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is contemplating staying here!

The hotel location was very nice, full of restaurants and malls, and a bit far from the zhongyang street, but it was fine. The staff was super friendly and helped us the best they could. the room was cozy and clean

當天入住枕頭不合適，想換個蕎麥皮枕頭，給前台打了2個電話後一直沒有人送，後來打了第三個電話投訴後，才告知酒店沒有蕎麥枕！後來送來普通枕，沒招忍着吧，第二天晚上朋友請客當地特色得莫利魚點了好多菜，沒有吃完，打包回酒店，第二天請求酒店把打包的餐加熱一下（我表示收費也可以）被告知酒店沒有微波爐無法加熱，我當時問服務人員酒店不是有廚房嗎？每天不是給酒店做早餐嗎，沒有微波爐也可以用別的方式加熱啊！被告知員工下班了沒有人管（當時是大概下午13點右右）最後打包菜就全扔了浪費。後來又有酒店人員添加我微信，索要好評！我把問題反應給酒店，後來無下文了！！！！這是我住過最差的酒店！！！

前台靚仔説升級了房間，房間夠大，有小冰箱。衞生也不錯，服務也挺好，38元一位的早餐也很好！去市區打車十幾二十分鐘就能到，很方便！唯一的缺點就是太熱了，關了空調也熱。

每次來哈爾濱首選都是哈西萬達的麗楓酒店，住的習慣，工作人員服務熱情，有賓至如歸的感覺，周邊購物餐飲方便，酒店後面就是萬達廣場，對面是金爵萬象，斜對面是西城紅場，十分方便。
