I had a great stay! Very accessible location, nice spacious room and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. As it was my first time in Hanoi, Grace helped me a lot even before I reached the hotel. The map she gave me was really helpful in walking around the area.The souvenir coffee set added a sweet touch to my stay, too! I will surely come back again at Imperial Hotel and Spa! 😊

New hotel in town

I stayed at the imperial hotel for 4 nights and I felt very warm. Especially the staff in the lobby were all kind and enthusiastic. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. On the last day, I had to catch a flight and had no time to have breakfast. They even helped us prepare breakfast boxes. So considerate.

The location of the hotel is very good. The downtown area and the lake are just 5 minutes away from the door. There are also many snacks on the street at the entrance. The internal facilities of the hotel room are also good, almost at the level of Samsung in China, but the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor, and you can hear even a little movement in the next door or in the corridor clearly

The location is really really the best. everywhere I can go on foot. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is really good. My parents still say that the breakfast here was better than the 5-star resort they went to the second time! I am willing to visit again the next time I go to Hanoi.

The service is really good. The location of the hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are many special shops, massage shops and restaurants around. The breakfast is only experienced for one day but the variety is also very rich.

Not the Empire Hotel chain. It's like a hotel converted from a residential building. The hygiene is not very clean and the shower head leaks. The room is not soundproofed. Someone even tried to open the door at night, which was unsafe.

I wonder if they remodeled another accommodation in the past~ The overall feel is It's a bit old and old-fashioned, but There's something about it that sparkles like it's new haha. The atmosphere of the lobby and restaurant is great. The interior of the room is spacious, but feels lacking in luxury. It is true that there is some feeling.
