The best value hotel with topnotch customer service. The room is beautiful, exactly what it looked like in the website photos. The location is awesome, we will stay here again if we return to Hanoi. The breakfast is beautiful, lots of variety. The fruits are delicious and sweet.

Two best managers named Amanda and Tracy, and Harry is great too. The OI TROI OI hotel with best staff in Hanoi. The room was huge and much comfortable, the service was mind blowing. We definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice place to with great service and reasonable price!!

Perfect stay. Smaller hotel just in the centre of Hanoi that gives a you family like feeling 💗 Receptionist was great. When you arrived from a trip she asks every time if we enjoyed it. We really loved this hotel. The stay was just great. Perfect place for night walking.

What a nice place to stay in Hanoi. Great location near to every place, lake, night market and shopping streets. Every thing was clean and up to high standard. Breakfast had a variety of options. Service was super great and front desk, especially Tracy spoke excellent English. We felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay!

Excellent Hotel, excellent service and location. The room was really comfortable with everything we needed. Buffet style breakfast was included. Would especially like to mention Amanda who works there who was unbelievably helpful and made various bookings on our behalf for our trips going forward from Hanoi. Can not recommend enough!

Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are neat and tidy. Very close to Old Huan Kiem Lake and markets. Breakfast could have more of a variety. Very small and does get crowded. Breakfast staff are very friendly. Also would be nice if kitchen had a door so you can’t see it whilst eating.

Great location. Great price. Great hotel. Great staff. Very comfortable bed and awesome views from the room. Staff could not do enough for you. Buffet breakfast had all you could ask for from custom omelettes, to eggs Benedict, to savoury items, to fresh fruits, to freshly squeezed juices (love the watermelon juice). The hotel decoration was on point and we loved it. Complimentary water on arrival was great. Such a pleasure to see a hotel do everything perfect and without any prompting. We will absolutely be back again next time

We stayed 4 nights at the Calista. The hotel is situated down a side street just off a main street so is quiet but convenient to walk to the sights. The hotel is very clean and our room was well equipped. The room was on the smaller side but what we expect in a city centre. Unfortunately on the second day of our holiday my wife badly injured her knee whilst out on a trip. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, assisting us with taxis to the hospital and ice. Throughout our stay (and our entire holiday in Vietnam) the staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there for advice and recommendations. Particular thanks to Tracey on Reception who was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel had a good location where it has a good proximity to many tourists attractions such as Hoan Kiem lake, Hanoi train street etc. and the staffs were really friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious too! Breakfast was included and was decent.
