清明來杭州玩，很不錯的民宿體驗~
鳳凰山腳路屬於西湖景區，但周圍都是居民區，還很有年代感，有曲折幽窄的夾道和陳舊的磚牆。從鳳凰新村1幢旁的小巷往上走。民宿門口台階陡峭，要小心。不過環境不錯，還有貓貓可以看。老闆人很好，免費送了可以騎的電動車，但我們不會騎。而且電動車不能載人，被抓住要罰款。
鳳凰山腳這條路是汽車單行道，也比較窄，不過平時車流量不算大，兩邊路口都有不少小店，分別吃了兩次早飯，很有生活氛圍。
從這裏出行很方便，會騎電動車15分鐘就能到西湖東的湖濱商圈，in77，杭州酒家，知味觀都在那，環西湖觀光車的起點也在那裡。
不過需要注意這條路的坡度，雖然不高，但建議不要拉着行李走過去……問就是從杭州東坐1號線轉5號線，候潮門下車，走路過去，高估了自己的體力。但平時出行都打車，問題不大。打車直接定位鳳凰新村1幢就好，不然車上去了不好掉頭。
總之是比較滿意的一次住宿，不至於纖塵不染，但能接受，性價比已經很高了，下次來杭州玩再住這！

和男朋友去杭州西湖玩 然後看着地理位置這些都挺不錯的 去西湖也不遠 位置也安靜 就預訂了 老闆人特別好 本來預訂的是小窩 老闆給我們升級了更好更大的房間 給老闆的服務點個贊 房間裝修也很獨特 乾淨 推薦推薦👍👍👍

房間分成兩間，外面有個帳篷和小沙發，基本不會用到，裏面那間是一張床，窗户對着別人的房子，廁所沒有洗漱台，不太方便，總體來説還可以。民宿在居民樓裏，需要走一段上坡路，邊上有個氣象監測站，小朋友可以去參觀一下。

民宿地理位置優越，距離西湖，火車站不遠，房間很乾凈舒適，wifi也很好，看電影也不卡，空調製冷也不錯，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香，老闆也很熱情貼心，有免費停車位。下次還會選擇這家民宿！

房間有點味道不是很重，但是廁所沒有浴簾很奇怪，洗澡滿地水，電器有點少起碼電視沒有不是很習慣，周邊環境很舒服還不錯

風格好有特點，上山的路有一捏捏長，但是真的很好看！！！！
進到房間好乾凈呦，床單被套的材質真的好舒服呀！瘋狂想要連結🤔老闆你看看我
大廳可以休息喝茶聊天，還有一個天台（恨我是最後準備走的晚上才發現神仙天台）天台景色還行，但是空氣真的好好呦
老闆巨好無比，給我們推薦景點，會彈吉他還特別會聊天👌🏻有什麼需要的，他都有求必應
地理位置好好，離西湖很近，離地鐵也不遠
總之性價比超級高！！！強烈推薦推薦！！！老闆支稜起來，下回去還要找你玩兒🥳🥳🥳
