Firstly, the hotel abit of hidden but very much near to the metro. The room look exactly like the picture but remember it’s is not a big big room. To go to the qi he fang market you will need to cross 4 street. But in overall we are satisfied with our stay. Despite of language barrier, Yan Hua and Xiao Wang help us thru the process.we do appreciate the help they share to us. I would agree to say this is a top 4 premium place to stay. I agree that is easy to get food.🤗 Hangzhou give us a wonderful feeling leaving a beautiful runaway with my mom!

staff was very friendly and helpful. they provided us with some portable feet aromatherapy knowing that we just came back from a hike.
location is also near hefang street, a shopping district in near west lake.

Superb! Although the photos provided doesn't look attractive, the hotel looks high class until I thought I came to the wrong hotel. The room is very comfortable and the amenities are great. Besides, the front desk is extremely helpful, we left our things at our previous hotel and they helped to arrange a pickup for it. The hotel is near to metro station and tourist spots, highly recommended! 谢谢你们的好服务！

Very wonderful stay at this hotel, right inside the tourist old street with great photo spots and nightlife.
The room was comfortable and they provided a free upgrade on my booking. The front desk service was excellent, but housekeeping did not fold our bed or clean our used mugs.
Would stay here again in Hangzhou!

an excellent hotel just 5 min walk to downtown for a very decent price! 🤑
It exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities 🫧 !
On top of that, the buffet breakfast (for free thanks to TRIP) was delicious with so much choice 😋.
We got the room with the memory foam mattress and I had a sublime night of sleep 😴💤 💤.
