服務：冷漠 藐視 無情
設施∶十幾年老店 電視機還沒有電腦顯示器大 都是雪花點 看不了 空調響的像拖拉機 燈光昏暗
衞生：不看不知道一看嚇一跳
環境：吵的要死 旅遊團一批一批的 人太混亂 一點也不隔音

這個價格，必然不適合跟300多的酒店比，主打就是一個性價比。錦江之星的優點是毛巾都是用塑料袋包裝好的，感覺乾淨點。全國的錦江之星好像都有些年頭了，設施老舊是正常的，空調是富士的，在開業的那個年代算很好的。錦江之星每個房間都有掛衣服的架子，這點比較好。其他方面沒什麼，畢竟就一百多的價格，想要跟300左右的比自然是不現實的。

1、男前台業務不熟練，給的房來來回回三次打不開房門
2、房間根本連不上網
3、適合導遊帶團，全是旅行團，找前台要紙都不給
整體好差勁，之後出行不會考慮錦江之星

設施：挺好的
衞生：很乾凈環境也很棒服務態度也很好。主要離地鐵站很近走個幾分鐘就到了。位置也挺好找的，附近吃的也多。

總結：房間衞生差，硬件設施差，跟這個價格嚴重不符！

差評1：房間沒有滅蚊子的，兩點鐘渾身釘了好幾個包，被弄醒了，打了客服電話，將近三點給我送來了；
差評2：門窗是壞的，凌晨兩點多要給我修，我説一時半會弄不好了，明天再弄的吧！然後大清早七點多給我敲房門，給我弄醒了，來修門窗；
差評3：沒有洗澡的拖鞋，下水道水都堵住了，下水很慢，洗個澡水漫金山了。
好評兩顆星是因為：浴巾密封包裝的，挺乾淨的

昨晚前台一個男服務員態度不好，把我預訂的大小雙床訂成大床房，電梯壞了一個客人又多，等了近半小時上了8樓，房間是大床房讓我下一樓前台換，這時兩電梯都壞了讓我走樓梯或讓我選退房。這個男服務員真的****！
