第一次住酒店遇到有老鼠！跟我的手臂一樣大的老鼠，而且老鼠還是躲在枕頭裡，居然躲在床上！！！這個陰影真的是太大了！！！可想而之環境到底有多差，老鼠都真實地從我身邊跑過，居然還説從來沒有這種情況發生，怎麼可能從來沒有發生過！！！衹不過是選擇對這個情況選擇漠視罷了，做的衹是一次性遊客的生意。與商家説了以後衹是給我們換了一個更小房間而已，且換了的房間衞生一樣很差，房間狹小，床底下都是垃圾，亂泉水瓶和一大堆食物殘渣在床底，第二天我跟保潔説能不能清潔一下床底，並且説床底有很多之前的住客入住但是沒打掃乾淨的食物殘渣，但是她直接説這個打掃不了，這麼多垃圾殘留在房間裏，怎麼可能沒有老鼠？當發現一個老鼠，這個酒店可能已經處處都被老鼠入侵過了，第二天又有新的旅客住進了我們那個有老鼠的房間，不知道那些床上用品有沒有換過！請各位看到這裏好好考慮一下是否要入住吧！！！！本人超級無敵後悔入住！！！酒店格局真的很奇怪，裝修的風格真的很詭異，燈光昏暗，鏡子對着床，廣東人真的忌諱！真的很不建議入住，跟我朋友兩個人住進去感覺整個人的磁場都很不一樣，我們定了兩晚，第一次住到這種壓抑的酒店，更換的房間裏面居然還有一個閣樓，但是是被封着的，上不去，電視牆的櫃子也是拿鎖鎖住的，對於兩個女生入住，且房間是很昏暗的燈光，根本做不到不聯想）而且廁所的環境真的很臟亂，與圖片很不一樣！！！

小姐姐説話很温柔。小院很漂亮，房間也很好看很整潔乾淨，我覺得真的是很不錯的民宿體驗。唯一不好的就是點外賣要等很久～

熱水量有點少 洗澡差不多十分鐘左右就變冷水了 第二天就感冒了
衞生間沒有門 馬桶可能是比較舊的原因 整個房間都是馬桶味 半夜被薰醒 發現床單居然好幾個破洞
這間房體驗不是很好 不過服務員態度挺好的 後面應該會改進吧

前台小姐姐態度熱情，民宿位置好，公交打車方便，周邊環境依山傍水，出門走走就有小河，我訂的房間聖託里尼是兩層的，下邊還可以睡個大人，樓上雙人床，房間雖然不大但三口人住還算可以，院子漂亮裝飾的很温馨，早餐晚餐都是在院裏的小桌子上吃的，真心建議來附近玩的朋友住如果小院

來杭州無數次偏愛山上民宿每次都是愉悦的度過週末除了這一次上山就是為了清凈可以好好休息結果這裏水管問題從十點吵到半夜2點管家除了抱歉也沒任何錶示還説找師傅維修下次修好這還能有下次？浪費了寶貴的週末時光早上問要瓶水都不能給真厲害這是來杭州這麼多年第一次給差評而且這家的蚊子又大又多不要説山上多蚊子別的民宿處理的好我都沒見過！
