首先，這個房型沒有贈送口罩，沒有比樓下同事住的房間大或者好（看了5個房間都是一樣的，同事住了2間，本人因為換房看了三間），便宜的含雙早，貴的不含早，房型一樣，服務更差，算是欺詐了吧。
其次，辦理入住給了尾房，在明確表達了不住尾房且介意兩頭房間的情況下，第二次又換成了另外一頭的房間，房間還挨着會議室，第三次下樓前台説本樓層這個價格沒房了，説換成便宜點的房間也可以也説沒房了，一間都沒有了，衹能勉強辦理入住，然後就在我準備下樓的時候，看到了有中間有房間正在打掃，於是第四次下樓要求住中間，且點名房號才得以入住。
最後，為什麼不住首尾房，房間有味道，挨着會議室，就算沒有會議，也一樣！明確表達訴求不解決問題，有房説沒有。
如視頻所示，從一頭換到了另外一頭，挨着會議室，有推車的那個是我最後要求入住的那件，這樣看來，在第三次下去的時候就有空房了，一層前台的女生就是不解決。

前台男的很**，每個月出差半個月住這個酒店，一次下雨天過去，在前台抽根煙，等辦理，不給抽，我走遠點不行，直接讓我出去，直接不給辦理，説在他們酒店也沒有查到過我有入住的記錄，那前面的發票是你們酒店*開的嘛，那態度就像欠了他幾百萬的樣子，愛住不住的態度，第一次給酒店差評，在杭州住了不下幾十個酒店。也是第一次在吧枱抽煙被人趕出酒店，這家酒店住了不知道多少次，每次抽煙都沒有前台人説不可以抽，就那天下雨沒開車打滴滴過來的提着個包，就被這樣對待，這酒店的服務素質是真可以，每次住都是五天十天的。第一次碰到這麼**的前台！這家酒店從此進入黑名單。

開始的時候給我們安排的是6樓，結果樓下又是唱歌又是彈琴的，吵死了，後來找到前台反映才換到了9樓。感覺服務態度一般，性價比一般。
