遠洲集團在西溪開設的分號，以柿子作為主題，在西溪濕地一眾高價酒店中顯得性價比很高。
套房可以額外加床，衹要180，還送一份早餐。
廁所小了點，但佈置還算合理。
早餐中式的比較豐富，西式的不多，也算不錯的。

酒店位置很好，距離西溪濕地公園，步行十分鐘，很適合去西溪濕地公園玩的遊客。買了大床房套餐，送了西溪濕地公園門票，還給免費升級到套房了，套房很大，還有單獨的陽台，馬桶是智能馬桶，隔音也挺好，隔壁住人了，但是沒咋聽到聲音。六樓有泳池。酒店有外賣機器人，可以送上樓。晚上還有晚安飲品，綠豆湯前台態度很好，尤其是辣椒管家，就是早餐一般

環境很好，空間寬敞，佈局合理，非常乾淨，泳池也很漂亮很舒服，出差的單位正好在西溪濕地旁邊，每次來都住這個酒店，位置也很好

. 這次入住真的太驚喜了！提前打電話溝通想要高層景觀房，前台不僅爽快答應，到店時還主動告知房間已升級成園景套房，推開落地窗就是整片園景，傍晚夕陽灑進來美到捨不得眨眼。房間裏minibar的飲料都是免費的，連床品都是某知名品牌，細節太戳人了。晚上洗澡發現熱水秒出，水温穩定，浴巾厚實得像小被子，入住後有歡迎水果睡前還收到客房送來的晚安飲品和本地特產小餅乾，無邊漏天泳池真的超級棒。第二天退房時前台還貼心打包了兩份早餐讓我們路上吃，這服務真的沒話説，必須五星！
