千萬不能住這家酒店，205房間的鎖是壞的。我晚上12點之前回來，打不開房門。沒有工作人員，打電話也沒人接。我等了5個小時，工作人員出現了，他為了送其他旅客，給我退了房費，就沒有管我。等他回來，把門打開，讓我休息。我發現房門依然是壞的，他説需要我走了才能修。我為了安全考慮，有些不想住了。工作人員就把床單等物品收走了。我有些生氣，加上我沒有睡覺，比較迷糊，今天晚上的飛機，白天也沒法玩了…

設施與圖片完全不符，房間又小又暗，廁所也是，花灑還是壞的，然後又吵，早上打掃衞生還是直接拿房卡開的門，沒有問過房客意見，設施老舊，電視上面積了很厚的灰，不建議入住

從個人經歷來講這酒店很一般，訂的時候看店名以為是快捷連鎖酒店，到了地方才知道也是自建樓民宿，距離蕭山機場8公里那樣子，環境、衞生、設施都不行，最主要早上送機衹有4：30和7：00兩個車次，一個太早，一個太遲，説實話訂這種酒店不就是圖個早班機能送機嗎？因為我訂的單人間沒有了，給了一間雙床房，問題是我一個人，再多的床也沒用啊，唯一有用的是送機服務，還不到位
