This was our first time staying for a “staycation.” The location is near the Grand Canal area and close to many area restaurants but the restaurant inside the hotel, Frieda is amazing!!!!! The service all around from reception, eateries, doorman, etc was friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were comfy and we had a lovely view of the canal. My favorite was the tub that I could lie down in and I’m tall!!! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. I would love to see coffee in the rooms though but thankfully I had brought some with me. See you soon!

When checking in and checking out of the hotel, I was fortunate enough to meet Xiao Cheng at the front desk. Thank you for your warm reception. Beautiful souvenirs were also given. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The Grand Canal and Dadou Road Historic District are right next to it. There are also Loti Port, Xiaohezhi Street, Joy City, etc. nearby. It's just a short walk away. The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety and tastes good.

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

The front desk Huihui and Ms. Huang were very enthusiastic and upgraded the deluxe king-size room. The room was large and clean. The hotel is fully equipped. The 24-hour food delivery robot is very convenient. There are restaurants downstairs. It is very close to Yintai and Joy City in the west of the city. The hotel is very cost-effective. The hotel itself is perfectly fine. However, if you were travelling as more than one, be aware that there is a window into the bathroom which is common in Asia. Fortunately, this one does have a blind but there are gaps around it. I found that the bathroom light would only turn off for a couple of minutes before turning itself back on which was frustrating when wanting to sleep. The maze came twice a day. If you do not disturb was on in the morning they would come back in the afternoon. They would still knock the door even if you were still on. Do not disturb. There is a little delivery robot that brings your food to you. If you are eating in the hotel so you don't have to go downstairs and fetch it, which is nice. The main negative is there is no soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear literally everything going on outside of your door and in the rooms around you. Also occasionally the Wi-Fi on my room went out but there is a router actually in the room that you can just switch on and off again

This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten. I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.

I regret it. I booked a family suite and a twin room. When I arrived at the store at 3 o'clock, I was informed that the family room hadn't been cleaned. I canceled the reservation on the spot and booked an additional twin room at the front desk of the hotel. The price was actually cheaper than Ctrip's 35 pieces. The hotel is very small, it was opened up in the residential buildings, the building is old, there is no air conditioner in the corridor and it is very hot. The room was ok no surprises or surprises. There is a bookstore in the lobby on the first floor, which has a strong sense of design. This hotel is right at Exit C of Pingshui Street Subway Station, which is super convenient. This is what I value most. The hotel is very new, the elevator and the room are very clean, the room is large, and the bathrobes and slippers are all packaged and disinfected. I love the river and plants downstairs, and it is also very close to my favorite bakery, Marufuwa. I will stay here again next time. The only downside is that the bathrobe has no buttons, only ropes, which is not very convenient. The push button of the sink fell off when it came and was not repaired. It didn't affect it so I didn't mention it at the time. I just need to pay more attention to the details.
