Second time in this hotel and always pleasant stay. A warm welcome from Madame Dorsaf and the reception staff. All the staff are there to listen to you, from the chambermaids to the restaurant waiters and the entertainers. A room with a superb view of the sea and the swimming pool. Chef Saber in the kitchen always ready to satisfy you, he knew how to prepare a meal for 12 people at the last moment in order to have an evening with friends met during the stay at the hotel. Without forgetting the possibility of accessing the thalasso of the second hotel and these 3 swimming pools, the aquatonic of which has sea water. that we will return a third time.

To start this off I must say, having stayed at hundreds of different hotels over the years and in many different countries, I have never received this level of service and support from key members of staff. Including 5 star resorts. When everything is going well: weather; food/drink and everyone is safe, customer service is much easier and people are grateful of what they have. However, when an incident happens or someone becomes unwell, especially in a foreign country where maybe you feel vulnerable… it’s at this point you test the mettle of the professionals and staff around you. HOTEL AZIZA THALASSO GOLF PASSED THIS TEST ❤️💪🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having had one of our group involved in an incident which resulted in serious head injury and required stitches, I was amazing when despite it having nothing to do with AZIZA, that the Manger (HATEM) insisted a manager from the hotel, accompany us to the hospital, pharmacy and whatever we needed to ensure things were done properly, we were correctly translated for and supported from start to finish. HASCHEM, who accompanied us I understand is the manager of the front desk and should have been finishing work in a just a few minutes. However it was no problem at all for him. His reassurance and supported us throughout was faultless. A brilliant man. I commend the manager Hatem for the work he is doing at Hotel AZIZA. I’ve read some reviews and the hotel is dated in parts (but always clean), the buffet isn’t 5 star but is very good and a great reflection of the price paid for an all inclusive holiday with the option of multiple A La Carte restaurants with 5 star service in both the Grand Restaurant/ Buffet and the A La Carte Restaurants (BBQ & INTERNATIONAL) Sometimes , for me personally anyway, I’d much rather stay somewhere with a professional team, where I am safe, than a super glamorous paradise where there is no care for your wellbeing. I still believe my pictures scream paradise. Paradise and beauty alike are in the eyes of the beholder and in our group with TEAM AZIZA we have been in paradise. We stayed for 1 week on an all inclusive basis. We arrived Late evening and were not expecting anything to eat but were able to get a lovely pizza from the outside restaurant. The man on reception told us so much info that we really couldn’t take it in as we were tired from the journey. A 30 minute massage in the spa was included in our stay. Our room was big, bed very comfortable. Plenty of storage and hangers. Safe in room. Towelling robes provided. All the staff were lovely; always smiling. Everyone acknowledged us from the gardeners to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff…. The Gardenia restaurant is a La carte with waiter service, must be pre booked. We found the buffet a bit disappointing, it was much the same every day. We didnt have children with us but commented that there was no ice cream available! The beach is lovely, soft sand, plenty of sun beds. Pool looked good but we used the beach/sea. There is no shop in the hotel which we found odd. I would recommend this hotel out of season but think it would be very busy in the height of summer.

We visited this hotel at the beginning of October not really knowing what to expect as we hadnt been to Tunisia before, I have to say from start to finish it was excellent. We didn't come across one member of staff that didn't greet you with a big smile and the time to have a chat to get to know you. The rooms were beautiful modern and clean and we came back each day to lovely towel art from the lovely Samiya. We had a small problem when we couldn't get safe open as battery had run out this was sorted immediately and also when we couldn't get air con to work this was also sorted out straight away. The food was the best we've ever had in an all inclusive. There was plenty variety and it was always hot chefs cook a lot of it infront of you. The waiters were always on hand to get you a clean table and soon got to know your drinks so there was no delay there, always big bottles of water with your meals as well. The animation team were great fun we only took part in the darts where I was probably the worst they've ever had but no-one minded when I couldn't even hit the tree never mind the board. Evening shows very good and we always managed to get a seat. The barstaff work so hard continuously running around making sure everyone was served as quickly as possible. One word of advice if your out and about in the medinas try and cover up your wrist band as they will try and tell you they work in your hotel to try and entice you into their shops. A firm no thank you does suffice. All in all this was an excellent week which we enjoyed so much we have booked to return in May for 11 nights this time.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Sincerely, the charges are high. My friend booked the wrong room for one day. We stayed together for one night and charged 150 local currency. Equivalent to 600 RMB

The resort hotel has a good overall vacation experience with good food, accommodation and entertainment. It is very close to the beach. The hotel has water park facilities and three swimming pools. There are sometimes performances in the evening. The food is good and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tui Magic Life during a business trip and I was extremely pleased with my experience. This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city centre and offers easy access to the main tourist attractions and business districts. The hotel's facilities are modern and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing repairing sleep nights after long working days. The reception staff were warm, professional and always ready to answer my requests. The room service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant staff were careful at my needs during meals. The hotel also offers a range of facilities and services to make the stay even more pleasant, including a well-equipped sports room, a relaxing spa and a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options for all tastes. In general, my stay at the Hotel was fantastic and I strongly recommend it to all those who are looking for a quality accommodation when visiting the region.

We have just returned from a 7 night family holiday at the Alhambra Thalasso Hotel in Tunisia. What was meant to be a 5* hotel, is actually like a 2*. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Ibrahim (assistant manager) and he explained about the timings of breakfast, lunch and dinner and told us he hopes we have a relaxing holiday. As we entered our room- Room 1051, the smell of damp overtook us and the walls were covered in moths as a result. There were also cob webs near one of the lampshades. We later discovered the damp smell was in fact coming from the A/C in the room. The mini fridge was extremely dirty and broken. We went back to reception and requested a room change. Ibrahim (assistant manager) showed us to our new room (Room 2054) and was quite abrupt as if to say we should of stayed with that musty room. He doesn't realise how much money was spent for this holiday. The fridge was quite warm at the highest setting, but much cleaner then the 1st room. No drinks or soft drinks included. Evening entertainment from the animation team was good. They seemed to have about 10 chart songs, which I discovered was their only music going as they played the same exact music by the pool in the daytime and the same exact songs at night. This happened for the entire time we were there. In the morning on the 2nd day, we went to use the gym, but left disappointed to find the treadmill and bike not working. The seat for the weight's machine was broken. No one was in the gym and should of had a ''broken gym'' sign on. The food in the buffet was plentiful, but nothing looked edible. The signs were all written in French and I soon discovered that Allergy info and the availability for non-dairy users were non-existent at this hotel. I saw they had dairy milk, but myself who can't have dairy (lactose intolerance). Luckily, I had brought my own instant coffee with oat milk from the UK. They had a chef on the fresh egg stations and a chef doing fresh crepes and doughnuts. The chefs all look so miserable as if they were being forced to be there. You could just tell that they probably weren't getting paid enough. I ended up eating an omelette every day for breakfast, along with 1 small doughnut with sugar and honey. My son came down with food poisoning on Day 2 and I had to go to reception to request to see a doctor on Day 3, as my son was getting dehydrated and wasn't able to keep anything down). The reception rang the doctor (as there wasn't a doctor on site). Ibrahim then suggested it was the ''climate, weather, beach or pool'' that must of got my son ill, not the food in the hotel. The doctor came and examined my son and said it was a viral stomach bug/food poisoning that he must of caught from the hotel. The doctor said someone preparing the food must of gone to the toilet, not washed their hands then prepared the food. We even watched the chefs at the BBQ station, taking raw chicken with the same tongs that were holding cooked chicken. This
