Location, facilities and breakfast are perfect. The staff were especially excellent. They were very helpful in dealing with my problems. I can't remember such an amazing experience in Europe. I would stay there again next time.

Good stay in a good and clean hotel. The room was a bit small but the service was good and I would recommend to stay there.

Wonderful hotel for great price

Located in Eppendorf
Proximity to the UKE & Nedderfeld shopping center
Residential area in the immediate vicinity
Reception:
Extremely friendly and helpful despite the rush of customers and a lot of stress
24/7 reception
Unfortunately, the waiting time was longer because there was 1 receptionist who was already serving at least 1 customer
Hotline absolute disaster! Always anti-customer. Either grumpy or snotty & unwilling to find solutions
Room:
Very quiet despite the proximity to the main road, but not as quiet as a mouse
Clean but not clinically pure
The niu hotels app is very useful, but as a key it often doesn't react "quickly" enough like the room card
Room key does not work reliably at all times

房間非常乾淨，工業風裝修，也便於打理，就是有些小，不適合長住，也沒有國內酒店的拖鞋和洗漱用品，餐巾紙和瓶裝水也沒有。早餐全部是西式，除了咖啡和烤麪包是熱的之外，全是冷的，如果不挑食，味道還不錯。服務態度都很好

Optisch ein echter Hingucker, jedoch sind die Zimmer mit Lüftungen statt Heizkörper ausgestattet und diese Lüftung Piepte die ganze Nacht obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war.Zudem hörte man in Zimmer 001 quasi jede darüberliegende Toilettenspülung gluckern.
Da kann ein Hotel noch so Klasse aussehen, wenn man aufgrund von Geräuschen kaum schläft, kommt man ungern wieder.

While a pleasant stay the cleaning is very inconsistent and the tv and appliances didn’t work. Decent for short term stays.
