The recepcionist that attended when we arrive in the afternoon was not friendy and she gavd us a room in the floor that smelled very bad, when we arrived at night we didnt know how to entry the hotel and altough she was there at the recepcion and coul see and hear us coming, she didn't help us.
The recepcionist from the morning was very kindly and changed us to another room on the 4th floor, that room was ok.
The breakfast was very good.
We had also problems at the parkplace, because there was a big truck parked at the corner and it got very difficult for me to get the car out of the parkplace, I also informed the recepcionist of the afternoon but she didn't do anything.When we arrived later the truck was still there.

We have stayed at far better hotels and the breakfast was so-so (in a nice room though) but service was fine and the price was so low that it was execelent value for money ! And parking was cheap and easy at the back of the hotel.

We booked a room that would sleep 5 people and then arrived very late due to a delayed train. They gave us 2 rooms instead of one, which would have been fine except that each room had only 2 single beds. There was no where for our 5th person to sleep. I had to beg for a pillow and blanket so that I could make my daughter a bed on the floor. This process took an additional 30 minutes after an already very long day. But, breakfast was good and the place was nice overall. It was easy to get back the the train via bus in the morning.

Stayed there for two nites for busniess. Had a room under the roof and the window was not tight, so the wind blows through all the time, till stopping it with a towel. The room itself was huge, contradictive the bathroom was tiny (my experience with Novum hotels, maybe due to the additional installation). Breaky was good, although the corona separators make moving in the breaky room a bit complicated...Well located in a residential quartier, you can find everything you need in the vicinity. Good for a short stay.
