We had a great stay in Ha Long thanks to the friendly host and crew who are always happy to help. The private room was clean and tidy and more than enough for a couple of nights. The included breakfast with many different options was tasty too.

The best place to be in halong! It s the paradise for backpackers, it s a very good value and the receptionist is amazing, kind helpful (and she sing very well^^) I can just advise to go there.

Very friendly staff. Speak very good English. Beds were amazing. Showers were good. Very clean and close to a mart, and coffee shop. Highly recommend to stay here if you are in Ha Long. They are very nice and always willing to call a taxi or help with directions.

看着排名，通過agoda預訂了一個床位，並提前發訊息給店家請求安排下鋪，因為帶着一個四歲的女兒。酒店除了一封例行的介紹訊息外沒有任何的反饋，以為訊息已經送達，知悉情況了。但當26號下午抵達酒店時，前台因為超員拒絕入住。在網頁上提示過小童不加床情況是可以入住，而且沒有提前通知拒絕預訂。酒店讓我取消訂單。費用不高，直接交了350k，選擇了一間房。 洗刷後，提着換下的衣服進行了洗衣服務。第二天一早取衣服時，語言可能有點沒表達清楚，被服務員鄙夷對另一客人：chinese。 十點，交房間鑰匙給前台退房。告知，等一下，檢查房間後離開。 客觀説，酒店位置距離夜市不遠，但僻靜的小巷值得慎重選擇。衞生乾淨，早餐可口。但服務還有待很大的提高，哪怕就是民宿，在對比本次越南之行的其他四晚民宿、兩晚背包客棧、一晚下龍灣船宿和四晚峴港洲際後，認為還是有必要把真實感受告訴大家，慎重選擇。
