Pleasant stay in Heritage Hotel. Perfect location. The room is big and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well. The staff at the reception is really nice and welcoming. Room assigned is on 4th floor, which we could hear footsteps from the room above us at 6 am in the morning. Request for a room on the top floor, 6th floor, if you're a light sleeper like us. The restaurant is really good. We went there for dinner twice during our 3 nights stay in Heritage Hotel. The soup was really good. We ordered the char grilled salmon with pumpkin risotto, really delicious 😋

I wish we could have stayed longer! I will absolutely be back. This darling mountain getaway is like nowhere I've ever been. From the moment I walked in I felt full of peaceful energy. Incredible detail has been put into the service and ambiance of luxury. The tranquil hideaway vibe is definitely on-point! We were on a cycling trip and arrived on bicycles. This hotel was the perfect treat to have a quick unwind during our adventure. We stayed in the mountain view rooms... WOW. I'll include pics of our panoramic mountain views! When I come back I'll stay longer to read books amongst the calm, find inspiration for writing, meditate, breathe in the luxury, hike the trails. So many attributes make this a luxury boutique hideaway. I need some self care and want to feel that peaceful energy again. The food was outstanding. They are vegan-friendly... We are not vegan and the staff prepared the most delicious beef goulash. Breakfast was above and beyond what we imagined... They cooked eggs for us made-to-order, brought us plates of fresh vegetables, sliced fruit, croissants, breads, gourmet butter, cappuccinos... I could go on and on. A very nice hotel with nice staff. At the reception the check-in etc takes somewhat nice long. At the ski lift you are fast, just a bus stop away. Unfortunately, more mass handling at the buffet. Dinner was ”naja”. Suppet and salad delicious, dei main meals rather cantines - that has, unfortunately, buffet so in itself. Breakfast is beautifully rich and varied. For the size of the hotel the wellness area is rather small. 2 saunas, that's OK, but unfortunately quite little beds and not separated from the showers. So so well you can relax rather on the room. We had a faulty fire alarm at night and stood in the sleeping suit at half two in the frozen night Temperatures outside. Unfortunately, there was no meeting of the hotel at request. At least the € 20 drinks they could have left us out of course. Of course, probably the hotel can't do anything for it, but we also haven't and that has already made us We don't come again. ------ In itself a nice, modern hotel with friendly staff. The resort is very big, which is very suitable for many friends to travel together. There are 3 rooms upstairs that can accommodate 6 people, 3 bathrooms, and the living room and kitchen are all very large. We packed Chinese food from Salzburg in our 30s, and then cooked there. , very happy new year thirties

Me and my brother stayed at the end of June for 2 nights half board. The hotel itself smelt really clean and very fresh. The rooms were clean but much smaller than expected. We asked for two single beds but we received a double room. The food was pretty tasteless and not a very big variety. I did end up going hungry. There is a nice pathway from the garden into Bad Aussee. It is a very steep climb back up though. Our first night staying here at Midnight a coach load of kids turned up having a party in the car park. They were not staying at the hotel but kept us up till 2am. This was a very disturbed night. The staff were not very friendly. It did seem to be an inconvenience to be working for them. The sauna we didn’t bother using as you would have to wait 30 minutes for it to warm up. You still have to pay in your total which was not aware to us until paying in person even if you don’t wish to use it. If you are staying on one of the top floors it can be very difficult taking all your luggage upstairs as there is no lift. The toilets in our bedrooms didn’t flush properly and there was constant trickling sound of water all night. If you would like to play table pool it is 2 Euros a game. There are 2 rooms to eat Breakfast/Dinner. All the guests were shut out of the 2nd room with the big windows with the nice views. We weren’t sure why. Minimal parking as they like to leave the car park for the coaches who come in and out. We probably wouldn’t choose this hotel if we were staying in the area again. Please don’t compare this review to JUFA hotel Grundlsee. I would travel 5 miles just to stay in the hotel if visiting Bad Aussee.

We spent two days in an urgent Hideaway hotel in Hallstatt with a dream view to Hallstatter Lake. One of the most beautiful stays we ever had to spend in the mountains. A true place of desire. Already at the arrival we were overwhelmed by Hallstätt with its breathtaking environment. One time, the Hallstätter Lake, embedded between roughly forested mountains, in sad green. The accommodation, directly at the foot of the Salzberg, directly at the sea promenade, but above the tourist power, a perfect mix of rustic charm and lovely Austrian romance. Uncomplicated and urgently furnished, with traditional wooden furniture, clean and small balcony with view of the painting landscape. A place for well-being and enjoy the mountain world. Exciting was experienced in the salt mining. For those whose rail is too bizarre, a walking track leads up. Great mediation of the millennium salt culture in this place. A power station the Evangelical Church in the place. The restaurant in the host houses of Hallstatt was typical of Austria. We enjoyed the stay uncommonly and we were happy to come back.

Just by the lake, you can watch the swan in the winter, and you can swim in the snow-capped hot springs. It is also a very happy thing... you can steam... The town of St. Wolfgang is also beautiful... than the famous Hallstat Very beautiful... the service is in place, the attitude is great...the room is small

Unfortunately, we could stay only three days, but they offered everything the heart wanted. A dreamy room with free bathroom and view of the lake. A unique breakfast with fresh self-pressed juices and a dinner that would have deserved at least one Michelin star.

Clean and new. We had a one-bedroom apartment. Very spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped. Heated bathroom. Underground garage. A very comfortable stay. Point to note is that this accommodation has no human being for check in, check out and if you need any help, there is no one. Check in is done through a phone app. You will need (roaming) data, otherwise you cannot open the door. And if you need to call their hotline for help, you will be using international calling (depending on where you come from). As long as you are comfortable with this kind of arrangement, this accommodation is 10/10. I will stay again. As with all apartments, there is no service and you will be expected to sort your rubbish and dispose them at the bin center. Bad Goisern itself has nothing. We used this accommodation as a base for the surrounding area. The apartment is within walking distance to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket.
