Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit guten Matratzen und halben Kopfkissen. Ich habe geschlafen wie zu Hause.
Allerdings funktionierte weder Heizung noch gab es warmes Wasser. Uns wurde angeboten, dafür kostenlos zu frühstücken. Wir haben das Angebot angenommen.

Die Unterkunft war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Da es keine Gastronomie im Hotel gibt, hat man einen Getränkeautomaten aufgestellt. Leider hat dieser mit Barzahlung und auch mit Karte nicht funktioniert. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser wäre diesbezüglich im Zimmer nicht schlecht.

Hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, abbastanza comoda, piuttosto vicina al Campus universitario am Steintor, abbastanza vicina al centro storico (15-20 minuti a piedi). E' un edificio non moderno, ben tenuto. La camera singola sufficientemente confortevole. Il punto debole dell'albergo è lo scarso personale: la reception chiude alle 19:00 e da allora l'albergo è privo di personale. Chi arriva tardi trova le chiavi in una cassetta prima dell'ingresso. La camera ha un frigo bar, però vuoto. Riscaldamento centrale, dunque se si ha freddo - sono stato in grondi di aprile freddi - non ci sono soluzioni. Wi-fi funziona. La mattina un po' più di vita, c'è una persona alla reception e il personale per la colazione - abbastanza buona, secondo standard tedeschi. Il prezzo si può considerare ragionevole, anche se quello per la colazione forse un po' sproporzionato. Insomma, non male, ma neanche benissimo, si ha più l'impressione di un B&B che di un albergo.

Bei Zimmerreinigung musste ich zwei x unklar angeben, ich gehe zwar davon aus das es einen täglichen Reinigungsservice geben wird, der ist aber wohl an meinem Zimmer vorbeigegangen. Toilette schmutzig und Haare in der Dusche und Waschbecken. Das geht gar nicht. Spinnengewebe an der Decke und richtig gesaugt wurde auch nicht. In der Ecke waren noch irgendwelche Chipsreste vom Vorgänger/in. Da ich eine Späte anreise hatte und morgens wieder früh weg bin, war keine Reklamation an der Rezeption möglich., da diese nur von 7:00 bis 19:00 besetzt ist. Kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen
