Nice service!
English level of the staff is good.
The western meal is good, especially the soup.
The hot spring is good and I felt good with the skin.
I left on the Valentine’s Day, I received a gift of a chocolate biscuit from the front reception of the hotel.
I hope I will visit the hotel again.

Hotel is very beautiful, the historical vibe is very iconic. Suggest to stay in the japanese style rooms as it gives better vibes. Garden has quite a bit of sakura blooming. Very spacious room. Around 30 usd to cab up from train station.

One of the best I have ever stayed. Can’t be picky on it! They have everything at the top standard - service, facilities, staffs, food etc. The hotel itself can already be a touristy spot for half to one day, given it’s a historical building with stories. Highly recommended!

The nearest bus stop is Miyanoshita Onsen, which is just a few minutes' walk away. If you take the train, there is an uphill climb. If you have luggage, it is recommended to take the bus back to Hakone Yumoto. There is a Lawson next to the hotel, which is quite convenient overall.
