房間是去年十二月為了考研住的，之後的幾個月裏住了很多家同層次的酒店，可是 再也沒有 遇到像這家酒店的 經理/主管 一樣 熱情真誠用心 的人了。我相信對待 普通學生 也如此用心的酒店，他們的服務理念，做事態度肯定也是非常優秀的。
對待客人的態度也不會像海口的希X頓，麗思一樣看人下菜勢利眼。哪怕是以後有錢可以住更好的酒店，我也更願意選擇擁有這樣優秀員工的，乾淨安全，美觀舒適，地段優越的如家精選。

前台服務還將就，衹是問專業問題居然回答不上來，還要打電話給搞衞生的阿姨確認，搞衞生的阿姨態度也還可以，但是衞生條件很一般，那個抱枕都是臭的，肯定沒洗，關鍵開始不知道，頭都靠起來了才聞到，把頭髮都弄臟了，想起就噁心，除了酒店的問題還是有一部分客户不自覺的原因，有些沒素質的就拿臟東西往上弄或者來支腳可能都有！衹能説這類客户以後出去住酒店更容易比人家住到臟的！衞生間的水池也很多臟的肉眼可見的污漬，洗個手都濺得到處都是，要不就是直接沒擦（污漬非常明顯），要不就是很馬虎的做個樣子打掃了一下！還是我自己專門用水洗了幾遍才洗乾淨的！衞生差，這個價格性價比不高，有點貴了！也比較吵！

前台走話有點硬氣。服務不怎麼樣。電梯出行不方便。找另外一台電梯氣味太大，而且停電也不貼個指示標誌。

首先店內環境很棒 由於第一天來海口是在某lifeng住的 相對比而言 這裏簡直不要太好 因為是北方人 這裏通風很好 住的時候也不吵 環境非常乾淨 房內空間非常大 並且有很大的儲物空間 休息空間 早上有房即可入住從第一天8點入住 最後走的時候快11點退房非常好
